Waldo Cortes-Acosta extended his win streak by defeating former title challenger Derrick Lewis via second-round TKO on the main card of UFC 324 on Saturday. Cortes-Acosta was light on his feet, and he used his footwork to stay out of danger. After tagging Lewis time and time again, Cortes-Acosta landed a jab that dropped his opponent, so Cortes-Acosta followed up with ground and pound, finishing Lewis in the second round. In 8:14 of action, Cortes-Acosta landed a takedown and 44 significant strikes. Cortes-Acosta is now 5-1 over the last year, and now he's won three fights in a row.--Alen Kurbasic
