Aaron Rodgers Difficult to Trust in Week 3
Aaron Rodgers came back to Earth in Week 2 after a dazzling season opener and will look to get back on track against the New England Patriots in Week 3. On paper, this is a favorable matchup as the Patriots surrendered the most passing yards in the NFL through the first two weeks. New England has been without star cornerback Christian Gonzalez (hamstring), who returned to practice in a limited capacity this week and could impact the fantasy outlook of Rodgers and his pass-catchers if active. Regardless, Rodgers is still working to get Pittsburgh's offense in rhythm and remains off the fantasy radar in single-QB formats. He projects to be a middling option in superflex leagues with some upside as a QB2, especially if Gonzalez misses a third straight game.
