DK Metcalf Earning Trust in the Red Zone but Falling Short Elsewhere
DK Metcalf only managed three catches for 32 yards on four targets in Week 3, but he made up for the low volume he received with a touchdown. He has now found the end zone in back-to-back contests with both scores coming on a jump ball thrown by Aaron Rodgers. While Metcalf's overall production has been disappointing, it's hard not to compare his early red zone connection with his quarterback to that of Rodgers and Davante Adams. If the duo continues to strengthen their chemistry, Metcalf could certainly meet the expectations of those who drafted him in fantasy, but he unfortunately seems like a touchdown-dependent WR2 at this point. He'll face his toughest opponent yet, the Minnesota Vikings, in Week 4.
