Our favorite high-upside waiver wire bench stashes, fantasy football sleepers for Week 12 of 2025. Waiver wire stashes include Ollie Gordon II, Jalen Coker, Luther Burden III, more
With the season quickly approaching the final stretch, stashing high-upside players can be the final piece to put you over the edge in your fantasy football league.
Last week, I suggested you stash Sean Tucker, and he just enjoyed a monster three-TD performance that may have secured him the RB1 job in Tampa Bay for the foreseeable future.
Who should we be stashing this week? Let's dive in!

High-Upside Waiver Wire Bench Stashes
Only players rostered in fewer than 30% of fantasy football leagues are considered potential streamers.
Blake Corum, RB - LAR
15% Rostered
When looking at pure handcuff running backs, there might not be one with as much upside as Blake Corum. While Kyren Williams has dominated the snap share in Los Angeles, Corum has remained the team's clear RB2. Since Week 5, the second-year back has tallied over 30% of the snaps in just two games and is averaging a modest 3.6 PPR points over this stretch.
However, if Corum were to enter the lead role in the case Williams misses time, he would enter high-end RB2 territory. In the lead role, Williams continues to carry elite TD upside, playing on one of the sport's most potent offensive attacks. Through 11 weeks, Williams has scored nine touchdowns and is averaging 7.0 PPR points per game.
Ollie Gordon II, RB - MIA
10% Rostered
While Corum is more of a pure handcuff, Gordon could have some standalone upside. Last weekend in their victory over the Commanders, Gordon took nine carries for 45 yards and a score. Since Week 7, Gordon has logged at least five carries in three games and is averaging 3.9 YPC.
In addition, De'Von Achane exited Sunday's contest with a minor injury but is not expected to miss time. However, the Dolphins could opt to lessen his workload, which could open up more touches for Gordon. If Achane were to miss time, Gordon would enter the solid RB2 territory.

Luther Burden III, WR - CHI
10% Rostered
While his box score production has remained inconsistent, Luther Burden finally saw an uptick in snaps here, suggesting a late-season breakout is in the cards. On Sunday, Burden logged 44% of the snaps, which was much higher than the team's No. 3 WR, Olamide Zaccheaus (14%). This was also the second-straight game in which Burden logged at least 44% of the snaps.
Before this two-game stretch, the second-round rookie never hit this mark. Even though he has only eclipsed double-digit PPR points once this season, his increased age is a very positive sign, making him a worthy stash option in deep three-WR leagues.
Since his name is in the news: Luther Burden is a prospect I was very high on. He was my WR3 in this class pre-draft and think he can excel in the Bears offense if given a chance. 100% worth a flier if he’s out there

Jalen Coker, WR - CAR
10% Rostered
The final player we will take a look at this week is also a stash option for those in deeper three-WR leagues. Coker has had a slow start to the season but is beginning to find his footing in the offense. In Week 11, Coker brought in all four of his targets for 52 yards.
This was his second-straight game seeing at least four targets, and also the fourth-straight game in which he logged at least 66% of the team's snaps. Seeing Coker log more snaps than Xavier Legette in the past two games suggests he is quickly claiming the No. 2 role in this passing attack.
