Outfield Fantasy Baseball Waiver Wire Pickups - Week 11 (2025)

Jo Adell - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Injury News

Frank's outfield fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups for Week 11 of 2025 (June 9 through June 15). Consider picking up and streaming these free-agent outfielders.

Welcome back, RotoBallers, to my Week 11 fantasy baseball outfielder waiver wire pickups, which focus on games from June 9 to June 15 of the 2025 MLB season. There are four teams with seven-game schedules this week, featuring the Cubs, Brewers, Pirates, and Cardinals. The focus of this week's column will be on these teams, as we're prioritizing volume by trying to maximize plate appearances.

There will also be a couple of players included for their long-term value. The players featured in this column combine standard formats and deeper leagues, using roster percentages from Yahoo! (11-50 percent for shallow leagues and 10 percent or less for deeper leagues).

These outfielder waiver wire pickups are either one-week streamers or have a chance to stay on your roster. With that in mind, let's dive into my Week 11 fantasy baseball waiver wire pickups.

Be sure to check all of our fantasy baseball lineup tools and resources:

Fantasy Baseball Outfield Waiver Wire Adds - Standard Leagues

Addison Barger, Toronto Blue Jays (40% rostered)

Barger currently boasts a 14.3% barrel rate, which ranks in the 84th percentile, per Baseball Savant. We're seeing these elite batted ball metrics turn into positive results on the stat sheet, as Barger has four home runs in his last six games.

You're able to deploy Barger at third base as well, giving him more versatility for your roster on top of the power boost.

The Blue Jays have six games this week, both series are on the road as they take on the Cardinals and Phillies. Playing in a hitter-friendly environment in Philadelphia could help Barger keep up his power binge.

This is the type of pick-up that can stick on your roster all year long. While Barger is likely long gone in most competitive leagues, his 40% rostered percentage at Yahoo! needs to change immediately.

Roman Anthony, Boston Red Sox (32% rostered)

It's starting to feel like the long-awaited call-up for Roman Anthony is coming soon. The Red Sox are 30-34 and four games back of the final AL Wild Card spot. It's clear that they need to spark this lineup by bringing up a potentially elite bat like Anthony.

The consensus top prospect in baseball has been terrific at Triple-A, slashing .291/.422/.485 with nine homers and three steals in 256 plate appearances. This includes elite plate discipline, as highlighted by an 18.8% walk rate and 21.1% strikeout rate.

Whether it's through a trade to open up room for Anthony, expect the Red Sox to bring up their top prospect sooner rather than later.

There's a chance that Anthony is available in your league if there's no NA spot to stash him. If that's the case, make the move now, as you won't have to wait much longer for his big league debut.

Victor Scott II, St. Louis Cardinals (26% rostered)

Scott continues to make a major impact on the base paths. While there's zero power in this profile, if you need a boost in stolen bases, Scott makes a lot of sense.

The Cardinals' outfielder has suited up in 17 of the last 19 games, so you have to love the volume that you're getting here.

St. Louis has seven games on the schedule this week: three at home to the Blue Jays and four on the road against the Brewers.

If you're able to withstand the loss of power in rostering Scott, make the move for this week.

Parker Meadows, Detroit Tigers (26% rostered)

Meadows has gone 2-for-12 with three runs in three games since returning from injury.

While these numbers aren't anything special, we have to remember that Meadows has an intriguing blend of power and speed, as highlighted by his nine home runs and nine stolen bases in 82 games last year.

It's also good to see that Meadows has been a fixture in the leadoff spot since getting back into the lineup.

This should give him plenty of opportunities to rack up runs while hitting atop one of the most underrated offenses in MLB.

Sal Frelick, Milwaukee Brewers (25% rostered)

Frelick is currently slashing .291/.352/.404 with four homers and 11 steals in 60 games. While there's virtually zero power here, it's intriguing that Frelick has already eclipsed last year's total.

You also have to like how Frelick is running more, currently on pace to comfortably eclipse last year's 18 stolen bases.

This is a hitter with strong bat-to-ball skills with the ability to hit between .280 or higher, so he can be a boost to your batting average.

Getting a player with .280-10-20 upside is valuable to your roster, so give Frelick a shot while he's running hot.

Fantasy Baseball Outfield Waiver Wire Adds - Deeper Leagues

Will Benson, Cincinnati Reds (7% rostered)

Benson has slowed down after a power binge from May 15-18, where he homered five times in four games, but he has still suited up in 10 of his last 11 games.

This is an outfielder who put up 14 homers and 16 steals in 343 at-bats last season, so there's some power-speed production in this profile.

If you're in an OBP league, Benson is a bit more valuable, since he has a double-digit walk rate in each of his previous two seasons (albeit only 6.3% so far this year).

The Reds have six games on the road this week: at Guardians and at Tigers, but pick up Benson for the long-term appeal.

Nolan Jones, Cleveland Guardians (7% rostered)

Jones is starting to heat up at the plate, going 9-for-18 (.500) in his last six games. It wasn't too long ago that Jones put up 20 homers and 20 steals in 106 games for the Rockies, back in 2023.

Perhaps it's taken time for Jones to get back to form following an injury-plagued 2024 season.

The Guardians' outfielder has been hitting the ball hard, as highlighted by an 82nd percentile hard-hit rate, per Baseball Savant.

Pick up Jones if you're in a deeper league for a chance at some long-term value.

Jo Adell, Los Angeles Angels (4% rostered)

Adell is a streaky hitter who is running hot right now, going 10-for-29 (.345 BA) with three homers in his last nine games.

This is a player with 99th percentile bat speed, so there's always potential that he could finally figure it out and hit 30 homers in a season.

Even if that's not the case, it makes sense to pick up Adell and ride the wave.

The Angels have six road games: at the Athletics and at the Orioles. These are six games in hitter-friendly environments, so Adell will have a chance to keep it rolling.

Robert Hassell III, Washington Nationals (3% rostered)

Hassell has done a decent job since being called up to the big leagues, hitting .269 with one homer and one steal in 13 games.

The rookie outfielder has suited up in 13-of-13 games, so you have to love the volume you're getting here.

It's also encouraging that Hassell has hit as high as No. 6 in the order (as recently as June 3rd).

The Nationals have six games this week: three at the Mets and another three home to the Marlins.

Andrew McCutchen, Pittsburgh Pirates (2% rostered)

McCutchen is worth a look as a one-week streamer with the Pirates having seven games this upcoming week: three home to the Marlins and four at the Cubs.

The veteran has suited up in 12 of the last 13 games. He's also been entrenched in the No. 2 spot, giving him opportunities to rack up counting stats.

We've seen some good results lately, including two homers in his last five games.

With that in mind, ride with McCutchen for the seven-game week.
