DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Quarterbacks
Jalon Daniels, Kansas ($8.1K)
Why is no one talking about Jalon Daniels? 3-2 record but the QB play is STELLAR. pic.twitter.com/5unjTf09vN
— Logan (@LoganAndrew99) October 1, 2025
The Kansas defense is wasting a great season from Jalon Daniels. Daniels has seven touchdown passes with no interceptions in the last two games. Central Florida's defensive numbers were inflated by beating on bad teams.
Kansas State's Avery Johnson, who is a dual-threat guy like Daniels, went berserk on the UCF defense last week. Daniels has the highest ceiling on this slate, and it's not close.
Anthony Colandrea, UNLV ($7.4K)
Colandrea continues to put up strong numbers out in the desert. He has at least 20 DraftKings points in all four games this season. He has also topped 50 rushing yards in every game.
This likely won't be one of those games, as Wyoming has been excellent against the run. Colandrea will have to beat the Cowboys through the air. He has the arm, and the receivers do to it.
Kaidon Salter, Colorado ($6.6K)
Salter had a strong game against a swarming BYU defense. He didn't put up eye-popping numbers, but he ran for 49 yards and added a touchdown on the ground. Salter has one rushing touchdown in every game so far. When he's getting those free points at this price, I pay attention.
Also consider these QBs:
- Marcel Reed, Texas A&M ($9K)
- Behren Morton, Texas Tech ($7.9K)
- Tayven Jackson, Central Florida ($6.9K)
- Kaden Anderson, Wyoming ($6.4K)

DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Running Backs
Jai'Den Thomas, UNLV ($6.9K)
4 games in: 45 carries, 393 yards, 5 TD.
12‑game pace: 1,179 and 15 TDs.
Jet Thomas is tearing it up. 🚀#UNLVFB @Jaiden_Thomas9— The Scarlet Standard Media (@SS_MediaLV) September 30, 2025
Thomas still topped 100 rushing yards against a tough Miami-Ohio defense before the bye. There's a chance he can do that against Wyoming as well. Whatever the case, Thomas is going to get plenty of touches in this game.
Fluff Bothwell, Mississippi State ($6.6K)
The A&M rush defense has been pretty good this year, but they are still allowing points because they are allowing rushing touchdowns. Fluff has at least 90 rushing yards in three straight games and has been active in the passing game as well. I don't like this giant price hike, but I understand it.
Leshon Williams, Kansas ($4.8K)
The Cincinnati defense was able to shut down Williams, but UCF won't be able to. Daniel Hishaw Jr. is still out for the Jayhawks, leaving Williams to get as many carries as he can handle. UCF allowed 266 rushing yards at over 6 yards per carry to Kansas State last week. There is a ton of potential here.
Also consider these RBs:
- Le'Veon Moss, Texas A&M ($8K)
- Samuel Harris, Wyoming ($6.4K)
- CharMar Brown, Miami (FL) ($5.3K)
- Gavin Sawchuk, Florida State ($4.9K)
DraftKings CFB DFS Picks - Wide Receivers
KC Concepcion, Texas A&M ($6K)
Against Auburn, KC Concepcion had his highest offensive grade (80.5) since Week 6 of freshman season at NC State (83.9 vs Marshall), per @PFF_College 👍
Concepcion had a season-high seven receptions for 113 yards, which was the fifth 100 yard game of his career 💯 pic.twitter.com/b98hboKKoE
— TexAgs (@TexAgs) September 28, 2025
Teammate Mario Craver was getting most of the attention because he was leading FBS in receiving yards. Quietly, Concepcion has at least 20 DraftKings points in three of the four games.
He had his first 100-yard game last week against Auburn when the Tigers took Craver out of the offense. Concepcion stepped up, and it's going to be hard to put this genie back in the bottle.
Concepcion was considered one of the best WRs available in the portal after what he did at North Carolina State last year. He's growing into this A&M offense, and I'll take the bit of savings for Concepcion over Craver.
Jaden Bradley, UNLV ($5K)
UNLV is going to have to win this through the air. Bradley has 25% of all UNLV receptions and 36% of all UNLV receiving yards. He's the guy you want in the passing game.
Chris Durr Jr., Wyoming ($4.8K)
Wyoming rarely throws, but Durr has 21 of the team's 63 catches this year. He also has 290 of the team's 740 passing yards and three of the five touchdowns. UNLV is going to want to speed this game up. If they succeed, Wyoming could be throwing more than usual.
Duce Robinson, Florida State ($4.1K)
Robinson has had two monster games for the Seminoles. He has 5.6 combined points in the two other games. Robinson is an inherent risk, especially against the Miami defense. However, his upside is as high as any receiver on the slate. It's not often you find that at this price.
Amare Thomas, Houston ($3.3K)
Houston thrives on a power run game, but the Texas Tech defensive line has dominated every opponent this year. I don't think Houston will find much traction on the ground.
Thomas had a big game to pull the game out in Corvallis last Friday. He has six receptions for 104 and even had a carry out of the backfield. Tanner Koziol gets a lot of the short passes. We could see Houston try to attack Tech deep with Thomas.
If you don't want the risk and can afford it, Stephon Johnson has three straight games with double-digit DK points. He's only $700 more, so the price isn't prohibitive.
Also consider these WRs:
- Jeremiah Smith, Ohio State ($8.5K)
- Mario Craver, Texas A&M ($6.4K)
- Terrence Carter Jr., Texas Tech ($5.5K)
- Jalen Smith, Minnesota ($4.7K)
- Joseph Manjack IV, TCU ($4.5K)
- Brenen Thompson, Mississippi State ($3.7K)
DraftKings CFB Stacks
Kansas vs. Central Florida
Kansas has a potent offense and a bad defense, which usually leads to more offensive possessions. I expect most will run Daniels solo. Some will run Daniels with Leshon Williams since he's cheap, and Hishaw is out. I want to add Emmanuel Henderson Jr. and Cam Pickett to my Kansas stacks.
Levi Wentz is a solid fifth piece for a full stack, but keep in mind that he only has 10 receptions on the season. A touchdown in each of the past two weeks has bailed out his fantasy day.
Texas A&M vs. Mississippi State
Tennessee just put up 41 on the Bulldogs last week. The A&M offense is about as explosive. Reed/Craver/Concepcion is going to be a very popular stack, but don't forget Le'Veon Moss. There isn't a viable fifth option. The offense runs through those four almost exclusively.
Also consider these stacks:
- Central Florida
- TCU
- UNLV (GPP only)
