The 2026 MLB season is right around the corner, so use these Underdog rankings to crush your Underdog drafts. These MLB best ball rankings are put together by RotoBaller's lead analyst Nick Mariano -- one of the industry's most accurate fantasy baseball rankers -- and cover both hitters and pitchers and include tiers for the top 300 players.
In case you aren't familiar with fantasy baseball best ball leagues, they are essentially draft-only leagues with no moves made during the season. Once a best ball draft is completed, nothing else happens throughout the year -- no setting weekly lineups, no trading, no waiver wire moves. Every week of the season, the best combo of fantasy players on your team is automatically calculated and used to determine the highest possible scoring outcome.
Underdog Fantasy is a fantasy sports platform where you can play all sorts of leagues and contests, and MLB Best Ball leagues are one of their popular offerings. As with any league or platform, it's key to understand the format and scoring rules.
