Recent Update

2 months agoSan Francisco Giants outfielder Mike Yastrzemski went 1-for-3 with a game-tying RBI in the top of the seventh inning against the Miami Marlins on Thursday. He also had a walk and a strikeout. The RBI was the first of his major league career. Little Yaz has collected four hits over 18 at-bats (.222) through five games, and he has had at least one whiff (seven total) in each of his outings. He has a little fantasy appeal in deeper NL-only fantasy leagues if manager Bruce Bochy keeps wheeling him out there for regular at-bats, but beware of the strikeouts.--Daniel E. Dobish - RotoBaller
