Recent Update

9/23:Pittsburgh Pirates starter Gerrit Cole climbed to 12-11 on the season, although it was far from his best effort. Cole allowed five runs on seven hits in 5 2/3 innings of work. He also gave up his 31st home run of the year, second to John Lackey only. Cole has alternated between brilliant and terrible starts this whole season, making it hard to rely on him for extended periods of time. He may get one more appearance this season, likely at Washington in the final week of the 2017 season.--Pierre Camus - RotoBaller
