Toronto Blue Jays relief pitcher Yimi Garcia (elbow) has been shut down from throwing for the next two weeks, according to Jays' manager John Schneider. Garcia recently experienced nerve symptoms in his elbow while rehabbing an ankle injury. He received a cortisone injection in his elbow, so he'll need to give it some time to rest. He'll be re-evaluated after the two weeks and will hopefully be able to resume his rehab work. Hopefully, Garcia can be back in the Toronto bullpen by the end of August. He's not someone that needs to be rostered in fantasy formats right now.--Andy Webb
