Dave Funnell - RotoBaller

52 articles

Husband - Father - Teacher - Baseball Nut I've been following baseball since a child, but as it stands, I don't have a favorite team. While that might sound a bit odd, it helps take the emotion out of it when I'm figuring out who to add or drop. I have been playing fantasy baseball for almost twenty years. I got into writing about it about ten years ago, and have been reporting news and analyzing data ever since. While I love everything about it, my true passion and strength comes from studying, reporting, and speculating on injuries. I've written on many sites, such as PitcherList, Fantrax, and of course, Rotoballer, and have also helped host a podcast called "The Fantasy Baseball Beat". Other than baseball, I enjoy fantasy football, NBA basketball, and....cough cough....WWE wrestling (for my kids, of course;)). You can follow me on Twitter/X at @sportz_nutt51. My DM's are always open for anything you'd like to talk about. Also, I use the hashtag #FunnellVision for all major injury updates.

Kyle Tucker Remains Out on Saturday

Chicago Cubs outfielder Kyle Tucker (calf) remained out of the lineup on Saturday, as he continues to work through a lingering calf injury. Tyler O'Neill Hopes to Swing a Bat This Weekend

Baltimore Orioles outfielder Tyler O'Neill (wrist) recently received an injection in his injured right wrist. Tyler Stephenson Being Fitted for Thumb Guard

Cincinnati Reds catcher Tyler Stephenson (thumb) has been getting himself fitted for a padded thumb guard for his fractured thumb.
