C.J. Stroud Worth Adding With Top Wideout Nearing a Return
Houston Texans quarterback C.J. Stroud had his worst showing of the young season in Sunday's Week 3 loss to the division-rival Indianapolis Colts, going 16-for-27 passing (59.3%) for 167 yards with one touchdown and zero interceptions. He added two carries for 10 yards on the ground in the 19-17 loss. The 24-year-old struggled to move the football consistently against the Colts' defense without his top receiver, Nico Collins (hamstring), who missed a second straight game with a hamstring injury. The former second overall pick from Ohio State threw for 353 yards in the Week 2 loss to the Cincinnati Bengals and went for 274 yards and two TDs in the season-opening loss to the Buffalo Bills. Most notably, Stroud has avoided an interception through three weeks, and he could be getting Collins back this weekend in Houston's Week 4 matchup against the Dallas Cowboys, whose defense has surrendered the third-most passing yards per game early in the year. Stroud is still a strong QB2 to have rostered in fantasy, and his arrow could be pointing back up soon once he gets his top target back.

Ted Hurst III Could be Deep-League Stash Option
Tampa Bay Buccaneers wide receiver Ted Hurst III scored his first career touchdown during Sunday's game against the Minnesota Vikings. Hurst caught a 40-yard deep ball from quarterback Baker Mayfield during the first half of Sunday's game. Hurst didn't do anything else after that, finishing with one reception on four targets in the loss. The rookie wideout has made some solid plays early in the season and is hopeful to get a larger role as the season goes on. Tre' Harris is Gaining Trust After Solid Performance
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Tre' Harris was able to break out during this past weekend's matchup against the Buffalo Bills. Harris was fairly quiet during the first two games of the year, but he made a solid impact on Sunday. Harris hauled in six of his seven targets for 76 yards in the loss to the Bills. Both the receptions and receiving yards are new season high for Harris. The hope is that this good performance will lead to more opportunities for Harris during the Week 4 matchup against the New England Patriots. Harris is worth a look in deep leagues after this six-catch performance.

Mack Hollins Makes for an Interesting Deep-League Option
New England Patriots wide receiver Mack Hollins stepped up for this offense this past weekend. Hollins hauled in six of his nine targets for 87 yards in the blowout loss to the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Pats are without A.J. Brown (ankle) right now, so they needed someone to step up. Hollins did a nice job on Sunday and figures to earn himself a bigger role in the offense going forward. The 33-year-old clearly has good chemistry with quarterback Drake Maye. Fantasy managers needing wide receiver help in deep leagues should consider adding Hollins ahead of the Week 4 matchup against the Buffalo Bills.

Brenton Strange Gaining Value After Seeing Five Targets
Jacksonville Jaguars tight end Brenton Strange has been off to a slow start to begin the season. The 25-year-old was able to get a little more involved in the offense during the Week 3 win over the New England Patriots. Strange hauled in three of his five targets for 32 yards in the blowout win. It's not the best performance on paper, but the five targets are a good sight for the fourth-year tight end. The hope is that the Jaguars continue to keep getting Strange involved with a handful of targets each week. Strange will have a favorable matchup against the Cincinnati Bengals defense in Week 4. He should be on the TE2 radar for that one.

Adonai Mitchell Offers Intriguing Stash Value
New York Jets wide receiver Adonai Mitchell (finger) was inactive for the Week 3 loss to the Detroit Lions. The hope is that Mitchell will be back for the Week 4 matchup against the Chicago Bears. If he's active, Mitchell could be an interesting streaming option this upcoming weekend. In Week 2, Mitchell hauled in six of his 12 targets for 63 yards in the loss to the Green Bay Packers. The expectation is that Mitchell would once again see heavy usage if he can play in Week 4. The Jets are without Omar Cooper Jr. (ankle) and Mason Taylor (thumb) at the moment. Los Angeles Chargers running back Keaton Mitchell had his best game of the 2026 season in Week 3, recording 47 scrimmage yards and a touchdown on 11 touches in his team's 24-16 loss to the Buffalo Bills. It is a tough break for a Bucs offense that will also be without starting quarterback Baker Mayfield for at least the next three games due to a dislocated right thumb that he suffered in the Week 3 loss to the Minnesota Vikings. The 24-year-old McMillan had a 37-461-8 line in 13 games as a rookie with the Bucs in 2024, but he played in only four games a year ago due to a serious neck injury. He has been dealing with a knee injury since training camp this year, and in the two games that he has played, McMillan has zero catches on just one target. It was obvious that McMillan has not been right in some time, and he will most likely be placed on Injured Reserve. For now, he belongs on the waiver wire in most leagues. McMillan's injury opens up more playing time for impressive rookie Ted Hurst III, although his fantasy appeal should be tempered with undrafted rookie QB Jalon Daniels set to take over the offense for the next three weeks.

Jim Harbaugh Says Justin Herbert Needs to "Be Better"
When asked about quarterback Justin Herbert's decision-making after the team's third straight loss to start the season on Sunday on the road against the Buffalo Bills, Los Angeles Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said, "Be better," according to ESPN's Kris Rhim. Zay Flowers to Have More of a Full Workload in Week 4
Baltimore Ravens wide receiver Zay Flowers (hamstring) returned from a hamstring injury in Sunday's Week 3 win over the Dallas Cowboys in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, but was on a snap count and played only 33% of the offensive snaps after missing the Week 2 loss to the New Orleans Saints. Rams Hopeful That Puka Nacua Can Play This Week
Los Angeles Rams head coach Sean McVay said on Monday that he is hopeful that star wide receiver Puka Nacua (groin) can play in Week 4 against the Philadelphia Eagles after missing the last two games with a groin injury, according to Nate Atkins of The Athletic. Nacua has quickly developed into one of the most lethal receivers in the league, so when he returns, he should immediately be thrown back into all starting fantasy lineups.
