Matchups Analysis - Sunday 9:30 AM EST (London)
Los Angeles Rams at Jacksonville Jaguars
Matchups We Love:
Matthew Stafford disappointed fantasy managers last week with his 181-yard, one-touchdown performance. However, look for Stafford to bounce back in Week 7. The Jaguars have allowed the fourth-most passing yards this season, and four different QBs have scored over 19 fantasy points against this defense over the last five weeks. That makes Stafford a strong QB1.
Rams WRs
There's a strong chance Puka Nacua (ankle) will not play in Week 7. That will push Davante Adams into WR1 territory in a fantastic matchup. The Jaguars have allowed the third-most receiving yards to WRs through six weeks, and WR1s like Ja'Marr Chase (36.5 PPR fantasy points), Nico Collins (22.4 PPR fantasy points), and Jaxon Smith-Njigba (30.2 PPR fantasy points) have dominated this secondary in recent weeks.
WRs Tutu Atwell/Jordan Whittington
Both Tutu Atwell and Jordan Whittington can be solid flex plays in 12-plus team leagues. Atwell missed last week's game due to a hamstring injury, but he will be a sneaky flex option in his return. He averaged 12.2 PPR fantasy points from Week 3 to Week 7 last year while Nacua was out dealing with injuries.
Whittington also showed some promise during that stretch last season, as he scored above 12 PPR fantasy points in both Week 4 and Week 5. That makes both Rams WRs worth a look in some formats. The Jaguars have given up the seventh-most fantasy points to WRs this season. Of these two WRs, Whittington is the better play.
Matchups We Hate:
After finishing as a top-24 RB in four straight games to start the season, Travis Etienne has scored under 10 PPR fantasy points in back-to-back games. Now, he gets a tough matchup against a Rams defense that has yet to allow a rushing touchdown. Given that Los Angeles has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing RBs, Etienne will be a riskier RB2 play.
Other Matchups:
Even though the Rams have allowed the sixth-fewest fantasy points to QBs this season, this defense has also played QBs like Cam Ward, C.J. Stroud, and Cooper Rush to start the season. So, this isn't necessarily a tough matchup for Lawrence. With back-to-back top-12 QB finishes, he will be a solid QB1 option in 14-plus team leagues.
Kyren Williams will continue to be an RB1 option for fantasy managers in Week 7. He has finished as a top-12 RB in three of the past four games while playing above 75% of the team's offensive snaps in every game but one. Since the Jaguars have allowed three 18-plus PPR scorers at the RB position this year, Williams is a must-start.
Brian Thomas Jr. had his best fantasy game of the season last week, totaling eight catches for 90 yards and one touchdown. That performance marked the second straight game that Thomas has totaled at least 80 receiving yards. As a result, he will come in as a solid WR2 play this week. The Rams have allowed three WRs to total over 90 receiving yards in three of the last four games.
Travis Hunter played WR more than usual last week, as he played a career-high 59 snaps there. However, that increased offensive snap share didn't correlate with much fantasy success. He scored just 5.5 PPR fantasy points. Therefore, Hunter is still a risky flex play in most leagues. He has scored under 10 PPR fantasy points in all six games this season.
Injuries:
- Puka Nacua (ankle) - questionable
Matchups Analysis - Sunday 1:00 EST Games
Las Vegas Raiders at Kansas City Chiefs
Matchups We Love:
WR Rashee Rice
After six weeks of keeping him stashed on our benches, we can finally put Rashee Rice into our lineups. He was officially activated from the suspended list earlier this week, and he should be in all fantasy lineups this week against the Raiders. Las Vegas has allowed the fourth-most receptions and fifth-most receiving yards to opposing WRs in 2025.
The return of Rice could hurt Xavier Worthy's fantasy value a bit. However, Worthy can still be a solid WR3 play this weekend. The Raiders have struggled to stop opposing WRs, as they rank 27th in fantasy points allowed, 29th in receptions allowed, and 28th in receiving yards allowed to WRs. So, Worthy is worthy enough to be in most lineups in a plus matchup.
Matchups We Hate:
Jakobi Meyers has not been a solid fantasy option this year. He has scored under 10 PPR fantasy points in four straight games and hasn't finished as a top-30 fantasy WR since Week 1. To make matters worse, this is a tougher matchup in the slot for Meyers. A slot WR against this Kansas City defense hasn't scored more than 15 PPR fantasy points since Week 1. So, he is a riskier WR3.
He could be in danger of missing this game due to a knee/toe injury.
Raiders TEs
With the Raiders having a bye next week, Brock Bowers (knee) likely won't play this week. That means Michael Mayer will draw his second straight start. Last week, Mayer totaled five catches for 50 yards and one touchdown. However, he will be more of a TE2 this week against a Chiefs defense that has given up the fifth-fewest fantasy points to opposing TEs.
Other Matchups:
It's crazy that Patrick Mahomes is the current QB1 in fantasy. He was widely regarded as a potential bust at his ADP, but Mahomes has easily been the best fantasy QB to start the season. Therefore, he will remain a strong QB1 option against the Raiders in Week 7. Las Vegas has let up at least one passing touchdown in every game.
WORTHY SPEEDS IT IN‼️ pic.twitter.com/jkzN6dDN7x
— Kansas City Chiefs (@Chiefs) October 13, 2025
QB Geno Smith
What a disappointing start to the season it has been for Geno Smith. He has finished outside the top-24 QBs in four of the past five weeks and currently leads the league with 10 interceptions. Given that the Chiefs have only allowed two QBs to finish top-16 at the position this year, Smith will be a lower-end QB2 in Superflex formats.
Things are definitely trending up for Ashton Jeanty. He has scored over 15 PPR fantasy points in three straight contests, and his rush share was upward of 70% last week against the Titans. That makes Jeanty a top-15 RB play this week against the Chiefs. Kansas City has allowed three different RBs to finish top-12 at the position through six weeks.
Chiefs RBs
It is a good sign that Isiah Pacheco's snap share continues to increase. Last week, he played a season-high 77% of the team's offensive snaps while seeing a season-high 12 carries. However, he is still far too inconsistent to trust him in most 12-team leagues. He has finished outside the top-30 at the RB position in five of six games.
As for Kareem Hunt, he is a touchdown-dependent flex option in 14-plus team leagues this week. Hunt has only totaled a combined 13 carries over the past two games and saw just 19 snaps in last week's win over the Lions.
WR Tre Tucker
With the Raiders being big underdogs in this game, Tre Tucker could be a potential flex option in 12-plus team leagues. He continues to operate as the team's WR2 and has scored in double figures in PPR formats in four of six games. The Chiefs have done a good job against WRs this year, but there is room for Tucker to be a factor in a game that should feature a ton of pass attempts from Smith.
TE Travis Kelce
It remains to be seen if the addition of Rice hurts Travis Kelce's fantasy value moving forward. Kelce has been a solid TE1 for most of the year, with four top-10 TE finishes through six weeks. So, you are still starting the veteran playmaker in all formats until we see how things play out in this Kansas City offense. The Raiders allowed nine combined catches to TEs last week.
Injuries:
- Jakobi Meyers (knee/toe) - questionable
Miami Dolphins at Cleveland Browns
Update: Be sure to check the weather for this game on Sunday. The forecast calls for heavy winds and potential rain. If that happens, all QBs, WRs, and TEs will be downgraded.
Matchups We Love:
Dillon Gabriel being in this section doesn't mean you should pick him up and start him in most formats. However, in deeper one-quarterback leagues or Superflex formats, Gabriel could be a sneaky option. The Dolphins have allowed over 18 fantasy points to five of the six QBs they have faced so far. So, he's worth a shot in some 20-plus team leagues.
After a subpar fantasy day in Week 6, Quinshon Judkins should boom in Week 7. The Dolphins have allowed the most rushing yards per game to opposing RBs, which has included Rico Dowdle rushing for 206 yards in Week 5 and Kimani Vidal rushing for 124 yards last week. That makes Judkins almost a must-start.
Browns TEs
It remains to be seen if David Njoku will be able to play in Week 7. If he does, Njoku will be a solid TE1 play in most leagues, and Harold Fannin Jr. will come as a potential TE1 in deeper leagues. If he winds up missing this game, then Fannin will be a must-start TE1 against the Dolphins. Miami has allowed the fourth-most receiving yards to opposing TEs through six weeks.
Matchups We Hate:
De'Von Achane being on this list doesn't mean you should be sitting him. He just scored a season-high 31 PPR fantasy points against the Chargers last week. However, this is a tougher matchup for him. The Browns have allowed the fewest fantasy points to RBs, and only one RB has scored above 13 PPR fantasy points against them so far. Still, Achane is an RB1 this week.
Other Matchups:
Tua Tagovailoa will enter the week as more of a QB2 option in Superflex formats. He has finished outside the top-16 at the QB position in five of his six games this season, and the Browns have done a solid job at preventing big fantasy games to opposing QBs. Considering the Browns have a top-5 passing defense, Tagovailoa is a riskier QB2 option.
WR Jerry Jeudy
Fantasy managers can't possibly start Jerry Jeudy in most formats this week. Although Jeudy saw a season-high 13 targets in last week's loss, it's hard to trust a player who has scored under 10 PPR fantasy points in five straight games. Therefore, he should only be started in dire situations in 14-plus team leagues.
Jaylen Waddle appears to be a set-it-and-forget-it WR moving forward. In two games without Tyreek Hill (knee), Waddle has caught 12 passes for 205 yards and one touchdown. So, you are starting the 26-year-old as a WR1 this week. Both DK Metcalf (95 yards and one touchdown) and Justin Jefferson (123 receiving yards) have had strong fantasy days against this secondary in recent weeks.
It is a great sign that Darren Waller's snaps continue to climb. After playing just 27% of the team's offensive snaps in Week 4, Waller has played 58% (Week 5) and 70% (Week 6) of Miami's offensive snaps over the past two contests. With four touchdowns in three games, fantasy managers can trust the veteran as a low-end TE1 in 12-plus team leagues this weekend.
Injuries:
- David Njoku (knee) - questionable
New England Patriots at Tennessee Titans
Matchups We Love:
Patriots RBs
This is a fantastic matchup for both Patriots RBs in Week 7. The Titans have allowed the fourth-most fantasy points and the most rushing touchdowns to RBs to start the season. This defense has also let an RB finish as a top-12 option in four straight games. As a result, both Rhamondre Stevenson and TreVeyon Henderson are worth starting in some formats.
Stevenson will come in as a low-end RB2 after playing 72% of the team's offensive snaps last week. Although he was inefficient on the ground in Week 6, look for him to finish with better overall numbers this weekend. As for Henderson, he is actually a solid flex play in this plus matchup against Tennessee.
Henderson can be started in most 14-plus team leagues.
Matchups We Hate:
QB Cam Ward
Fantasy managers can't possibly start Ward in any format this week. He is averaging just 7.9 fantasy points per game and has only thrown for three passing touchdowns through six weeks. The Patriots have also allowed the 13th-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs this season. That makes Ward a must-sit.
Titans RBs
It's going to be hard to trust Tony Pollard and Tyjae Spears in fantasy this week. Pollard played a season-low 43% of the team's offensive snaps last week while scoring a season-low 6.6 PPR fantasy points. As for Spears, he played more snaps (36) than Pollard (26), but he only saw nine touches in the contest.
So, both Titan RBs are lower-end flex plays this week. This backfield appears to be a 50/50 split moving forward, and the Patriots have yet to allow a running back to rush for more than 50 yards in a game against them this season.
Other Matchups:
QB Drake Maye
Drake Maye has been a fantastic fantasy option for managers through the first six weeks. He has finished as a top-8 fantasy QB in four of the past five weeks and is currently the QB6 in fantasy points per game. So, even against a Titans defense that has given up the fourth-fewest fantasy points to opposing QBs, Maye will be a solid QB1 start.
With Calvin Ridley likely missing this game due to a hamstring injury, Elic Ayomanor could see more opportunities in the passing game. However, he will be a risky flex option in Week 7 against the Patriots. He will likely be matched up against Christian Gonzalez for most of this game, which is a tough matchup for the rookie. So, it might be best to find another flex option on Sunday.
Kayshon Boutte was a popular waiver wire add this week after catching five passes for 93 yards and two touchdowns in Week 6. That marked his second double-digit PPR fantasy performance of the season. However, Boutte is far too inconsistent to trust in most formats this weekend. His 13.3% target share -- which ranks 72nd among all WRs -- makes him a start in only 14-plus team leagues.
WR Stefon Diggs
Stefon Diggs wasn't the best fantasy option last week, as he caught just three passes for 28 yards. However, we should expect a better fantasy game from him in Week 7. Tennessee has allowed at least 70 receiving yards to six different WRs this year. Five of those WRs primarily play on the outside, where Diggs plays 68% of his snaps. So, he will be a solid WR2 option.
TE Chig Okonkwo
Chig Okonkwo has emerged as a security blanket for Ward in recent weeks. He has seen at least six targets in three of the past five games and could see more targets in the passing game if Ridley were to miss this contest. As a result, Okonkwo is worth a look in most 16-plus team leagues. The Patriots have given up the sixth-most receiving yards to opposing TEs through six weeks.
TE Hunter Henry
Hunter Henry will be more of a TE2 option this week against the Titans. He has caught three passes or fewer in four of the past five games, and his target share is under 13% since Week 4. Given that Tennessee has allowed just one TE to score above 10 PPR fantasy points this year, Henry will be harder to trust in fantasy.
Injuries:
- Calvin Ridley (hamstring) - questionable
Carolina Panthers at New York Jets
Matchups We Love:
TE Mason Taylor
After back-to-back strong fantasy performances in Week 4 and Week 5, Mason Taylor was a major disappointment last week. He caught one pass for two yards. However, Taylor has a perfect opportunity in front of him this week against the Panthers. Carolina has allowed the second-most fantasy points and the most receiving yards to opposing TEs.
That makes the rookie a low-end TE1.
Matchups We Hate:
Two touchdowns from Tetairoa McMillan last week helped him finish with his best fantasy game of the season. He scored 17.9 PPR fantasy points en route to a WR13 finish. However, McMillan will drop down to WR3 status this week against the Jets. Sauce Gardner will likely shadow the rookie in this game, and Gardner ranks first in target separation this year.
Jets WRs
With Garrett Wilson (knee) likely out for this game, Josh Reynolds and Allen Lazard should see more opportunities in New York's passing attack. Neither WR, though, is worth starting in most formats this week. Justin Fields has struggled throwing the ball, and the Panthers have allowed the fourth-fewest fantasy points and the second-fewest receiving yards to WRs.
Other Matchups:
QB Bryce Young
Bryce Young has played well in recent weeks. He has thrown multiple passing touchdowns in three of his past five games, and his 19.5 fantasy points scored last week resulted in a QB15 finish. Therefore, Young will come in as a middle-of-the-pack QB2 play this weekend against the Jets. New York has allowed 12 passing touchdowns through six weeks.
QB Justin Fields
Fields did not play great in Week 6. He completed just nine passes for 45 yards in the loss. Unfortunately, things won't get easier for him in Week 7, as his top pass-catcher will likely not play in this game. For that reason, Fields will be a lower-end QB1 this week. The good news for his fantasy value is that Carolina has allowed a QB to score over 22 fantasy points in three straight games.
RB Breece Hall
Given that Wilson will likely not play this week, Breece Hall could see more opportunities in the passing game. He has caught at least four passes in three of the last four games and is the clear top back in this New York offense. That's more than enough reason to start him as an RB2 against the Panthers. Carolina is allowing the seventh-most receptions per game to opposing RBs.
Panthers RBs
There's a good chance that Chuba Hubbard returns this week from his calf injury. If he does, this backfield becomes a major mess for fantasy purposes. Rico Dowdle has scored above 32 PPR fantasy points in each of the past two games, and his snap share reached a season-high 88% in last week's win over the Cowboys.
However, with Hubbard back in the picture, there's a strong chance that these Carolina RBs will split almost evenly out of the backfield. Still, fantasy managers should start Dowdle as an RB2 option this week because you can't possibly sit him after the way he has run over the past two weeks. As for Hubbard, he will be more of an RB3 play in Week 7 as he works his way back from his calf injury.
Injuries:
- Jalen Coker (quad) - questionable
- Chuba Hubbard (calf) - questionable
- Garrett Wilson (knee) - doubtful
New Orleans Saints at Chicago Bears
Matchups We Love:
Caleb Williams has been a solid QB1 option this season. He has three top-10 QB fantasy finishes and has scored at least 18 fantasy points in four of five different contests. Now, he gets a favorable matchup against a Saints defense that has given up multiple passing touchdowns in every game this season. That's enough to start Williams as a strong QB1 in Week 7.
BEARS FLEA FLICKER TD
DALvsCHI on FOX/FOX Onehttps://t.co/HkKw7uXVnt pic.twitter.com/tMeMMgsWEy
— NFL (@NFL) September 21, 2025
Spencer Rattler has a nice matchup against the Bears' secondary this week. Chicago is allowing the fourth-most fantasy points per game to opposing QBs and just let Jayden Daniels throw for 211 yards and three touchdowns in Week 6. So, Rattler could be a QB2 option in Superflex formats this weekend.
RB Alvin Kamara
Alvin Kamara has been a disappointing fantasy option through six weeks. He has scored under 13 PPR fantasy points in four straight games, and his snap share has dropped to under 65% in back-to-back contests. However, Kamara will be a solid RB2 play against a Bears defense that is allowing the second-most rushing yards per game to RBs.
Matchups We Hate:
None
Other Matchups:
Although D'Andre Swift played a season-low 56% of the team's offensive snaps last week, he had his best fantasy game of the year. He finished with 25.6 PPR fantasy points en route to an RB6 fantasy finish. That's enough to start him as an RB2 in Week 7. The Saints have let five RBs finish as top-20 options this season.
WR Chris Olave
Chris Olave had his best receiving game of the season last week, catching six passes for 98 yards. With an impressive 32.3% target share on the season, he will come in as a lower-end WR2 against the Bears. Chicago is giving up the eighth-most fantasy points to opposing WRs this year, and Olave should see enough opportunities in this game to be a viable play.
It's going to be hard to trust Rashid Shaheed in most formats this week. He has scored under 10 PPR fantasy points in four of six games and is coming off a game in which he totaled a season-low 28 receiving yards. Even though Shaheed has caught at least four passes in every contest this year, he should only be started in 14-plus team leagues.
WR DJ Moore
It remains to be seen whether DJ Moore will play in Week 7 as he is dealing with a groin injury. If he plays, the 28-year-old will be a low-end flex play in 12-plus team leagues. He has finished outside the top-40 at the WR position in four of five games this season. If he winds up missing, Luther Burden III would be an interesting play in 12-team leagues, considering he totaled a team-high 51 receiving yards last week.
WR Rome Odunze
For the first time all season, Rome Odunze didn't do much for your fantasy team last week. He caught just two passes for 32 yards. However, Odunze will be a solid fantasy WR2 play against the Saints. New Orleans just allowed over 26 PPR fantasy points to Boutte on the outside last week, and the Bears playmaker plays over 70% of his snaps out wide. So, a big game could be in store.
At this point in the season, fantasy managers can't be rolling with Juwan Johnson as their TE1. He has scored under six PPR fantasy points in three straight games, and the returns of Taysom Hill and Foster Moreau have dropped his snap share. Even though the Bears are giving up the second-most receptions per game to opposing TEs, Johnson shouldn't be considered a TE1 option this week.
Injuries:
- DJ Moore (groin) - questionable
Philadelphia Eagles at Minnesota Vikings
Matchups We Love:
None
Matchups We Hate:
QB Jalen Hurts
You are likely still starting Jalen Hurts in every league, but expectations should be tempered against a very good Vikings defense. Minnesota is allowing the second-fewest passing yards, third-fewest fantasy points, and fourth-fewest passing touchdowns per game to opposing QBs. So, this is a tougher matchup for the signal-caller.
WR A.J. Brown
A.J. Brown hasn't been a consistent fantasy option so far this season. He has finished outside the top-45 at the WR position four different times, and his 45.7 receiving yards per game is not a great sign. Now, he has a tougher matchup on the outside against Isaiah Rodgers Sr. Rodgers ranks third in fantasy points allowed per target among all CBs.
That makes Brown more of a WR3 this week.
DeVonta Smith has had two really good games with over 19 PPR fantasy points and four games with under 10 PPR fantasy points. That inconsistency, mixed with this tough matchup against Minnesota's secondary, makes him a lower-end WR3 this week. The Vikings are allowing the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to slot WRs this year.
T.J. Hockenson has been a much better fantasy option with Carson Wentz under center. He has caught 15 passes over the last three games, which included a TE5 finish back in Week 3 against the Bengals. Unfortunately, Hockenson will be more of a TE2 this weekend against the Eagles. Philadelphia has allowed the third-fewest fantasy points to TEs in 2025.
Other Matchups:
Vikings QBs
It remains to be seen whether J.J. McCarthy (ankle) will be healthy enough to start in Week 7. If he isn't, Wentz will draw his fourth straight start. Whichever QB starts for the Vikings this week will be more of a QB2 option in Superflex formats. The Eagles rank 10th in pass yards allowed and seventh in pass touchdowns allowed through six weeks.
RB Jordan Mason
With Aaron Jones Sr. (hamstring) still on IR, Jordan Mason will continue to operate as the team's lead back. He has scored in double figures in PPR formats in each of the three games that Jones has missed, and the Eagles' run defense hasn't exactly been dominant. Just last week, Cam Skattebo rushed for 98 yards and three touchdowns. So, Mason is a solid RB2 play.
Although Saquon Barkley has finished as a top-12 RB just once since Week 3, fantasy managers should continue to start him as an RB1. The Vikings have given up the sixth-most rushing yards per game this season, which included Judkins (110 rush yards), Kenneth Gainwell (99 rush yards), and Bijan Robinson (143 rush yards), all having big fantasy days.
Vikings WRs
Justin Jefferson will likely see the Quinyon Mitchell shadow in this game, but that shouldn't stop you from starting him as a WR1 in fantasy. When Mitchell shadowed Courtland Sutton two weeks ago, Sutton had an eight-catch, 99-yard performance. As for Jordan Addison, he will be a high-end WR3. Philadelphia has allowed the 10th-most receiving yards to opposing WRs.
Dallas Goedert will enter Week 7 as a strong TE1 option. He ranks second in PPR fantasy points per game and second in target share (23.1%) among all TEs. With two overall TE1 finishes in two of the past three weeks, Goedert should be in most lineups. The Vikings just recently allowed Njoku to have his best fantasy game of the season in Week 5 (six catches for 67 yards and one touchdown).
Injuries:
- J.J. McCarthy (ankle) - questionable
Matchup Analysis - Sunday Afternoon Games
Indianapolis Colts at Los Angeles Chargers
Matchups We Love:
WRs Ladd McConkey/Keenan Allen
Ladd McConkey had his best game of the season last week, catching seven passes for 100 yards and one touchdown. The absence of Quentin Johnston (hamstring) definitely helped with that, but even if Johnston returns in Week 7, McConkey will be a strong WR2 play. The Colts have allowed the sixth-most fantasy points to slot WRs this year.
That will also make Keenan Allen a potential WR3 start. Even though Allen is trending down, he has seen at least seven targets in every game this season. Given that the veteran plays 34% of his snaps in the slot, there is some potential for him in this contest.
Matchups We Hate:
QB Daniel Jones
Daniel Jones continues to be a solid QB1 play for managers. He has finished in the top 12 at the position in four of six contests and has thrown multiple passing touchdowns in back-to-back games. Nevertheless, Jones will be more of a QB2 option this week in a tougher matchup against the Chargers. Los Angeles has only let two QBs finish top-12 in a week this season, while giving up just five total passing touchdowns.
Other Matchups:
Despite failing to finish as a top-12 fantasy QB in five straight weeks, Justin Herbert will enter QB1 territory against the Colts. This game has one of the highest over/unders of the week, and Indianapolis has let up a top-12 fantasy QB in three of the past five games. Considering Jacoby Brissett just threw for 320 yards and two touchdowns against this secondary last week, Herbert is a top-10 play on Sunday.
Fantasy managers should continue to start Jonathan Taylor as an RB1. He currently ranks third in fantasy points per game, fifth in rush share, and first in evaded tackles among all RBs this season. So, you're starting him no matter what in Week 7.
RB Kimani Vidal
No one knew how this Chargers backfield would shake up without Omarion Hampton. Well, it's safe to say that Kimani Vidal is the RB1 to own in this backfield until Hampton returns. Vidal played 67% of the team's offensive snaps last week and totaled 18 carries for 124 yards en route to a 22.8 PPR fantasy point day.
Although the Colts have allowed the eighth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing RBs, Vidal will be a low-end RB2 this week in a game that should feature plenty of points.
WR Quentin Johnston
Johnston missed last week's game due to a hamstring injury. If he returns in Week 7, he will be a solid WR2 option for fantasy managers. Johnston has scored above 14 PPR fantasy points in four of his five games, and this Colts defense has allowed some big games to outside WRs. Troy Franklin totaled 24 PPR fantasy points in Week 2, and Davante Adams scored 15.6 PPR fantasy points in Week 4.
Michael Pittman Jr. was non-existent in the passing game last week, as he caught a season-low two passes for 20 yards. The good news for him is that a better performance should be in store. The Chargers have allowed over 15 PPR fantasy points to WR1s in three of the past four weeks. So, that's enough to start Pittman as a high-end WR3 in Week 7.
TE Tyler Warren
Tyler Warren should continue to be in all fantasy lineups. He has finished as a top-12 fantasy TE in five of six games, and his 22.2% target share ranks fourth among all TEs. Therefore, you are starting him in all formats against the Chargers. Los Angeles has done a solid job against opposing TEs this year, but it's not enough to sit Warren.
Gadsden is a TE that some fantasy managers can look at in deeper leagues this week. The rookie is coming off a career performance in which he totaled seven catches for 68 yards. More importantly, he played a season-high 75% of the team's offensive snaps. Given that the Colts just allowed 10 catches to Arizona TEs last week, the Chargers playmaker could be a start in 18-plus team leagues.
Injuries:
- Josh Downs (concussion) - questionable
- Quentin Johnston (hamstring) - likely to play after practicing in full on Thursday
New York Giants at Denver Broncos
Matchups We Love:
WR Courtland Sutton
After only scoring 2.7 PPR fantasy points last week, look for Courtland Sutton to bounce back in Week 7. The Giants have allowed the third-most fantasy points per game, the most receptions per game, and the most receiving yards per game to opposing WRs. Considering seven different WRs have scored above 15 PPR fantasy points against this defense this year, Sutton is a must-start WR2.
Matchups We Hate:
QB Jaxson Dart
There's no doubt that Jaxson Dart has had a fantastic start to his NFL career. More importantly, he has emerged as a fantasy QB1 in recent weeks. Dart has two top-10 QB finishes in his first three starts, which included an overall QB3 finish last week against the Eagles. However, the rookie will be more of a QB2 this week against a Broncos defense that has allowed the fourth-fewest rushing yards to QBs.
Other Matchups:
QB Bo Nix
Bo Nix has been an inconsistent QB1 option through the first six weeks. He has only finished as a top-12 QB twice, and his 16.9 fantasy point average ranks 21st among all QBs. So, Nix will be more of a QB2 play this weekend against the Giants. New York has allowed a top-12 QB finish just once since Week 3.
RB Cam Skattebo
Fantasy managers can't possibly sit Skattebo after last week's three-touchdown performance. He dominated New York's backfield and ran for a career-high 98 yards. While the Broncos have given up the fourth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing RBs, this defense has allowed a top-12 RB in three of six weeks. So, Skattebo is an RB2 for Week 7.
RB J.K. Dobbins
J.K. Dobbins will be a solid RB2 option for fantasy managers in Week 7. He has finished as a top-24 RB in four of six games, and rookie RJ Harvey isn't really threatening his workload. That makes Dobbins a top-24 play this weekend. The Giants have allowed the 11th-most fantasy points to RBs so far this season.
With Malik Nabers (knee) out for the season, Wan'Dale Robinson should see more opportunities moving forward. We saw that last week against the Eagles, as he caught six passes for 84 yards and one touchdown. Since Robinson will avoid the Patrick Surtain II shadow in this game, he will come in as a WR3 in Week 7.
TE Evan Engram
Evan Engram appears to be seeing more chances in this Denver offense. He caught a season-high five passes for 42 yards in last week's win, and his target share since Week 4 is at 18.8%. Given that Goedert just totaled nine catches for 110 yards and one touchdown against the Giants last week, Engram could be a potential TE1 option in 16-plus team leagues.

Green Bay Packers at Arizona Cardinals
Matchups We Love:
RB Josh Jacobs
Josh Jacobs continues to operate as a workhorse back for the Packers. He has totaled at least 20 touches in every game this season and has scored over 30 PPR fantasy points in back-to-back weeks. Therefore, Jacobs will be a strong RB1 play this week against the Cardinals. Arizona has allowed a top-10 RB in three of the past five contests.

— NFL (@NFL) October 12, 2025
TE Trey McBride
It doesn't matter who starts at QB for the Cardinals this week; Trey McBride should be in all lineups. He has finished as a top-12 fantasy TE in five of six weeks and just scored a season-high 21.2 PPR fantasy points in Week 6. Given that the Packers are allowing the third-most fantasy points to opposing TEs, McBride is the overall TE1 for the week.
TE Tucker Kraft
Tucker Kraft has been a consistent TE1 for fantasy managers in recent weeks. He has scored above 10 PPR fantasy points in three of the last four games and should continue to be a TE1 option in Week 7 against the Cardinals. Arizona has given up the third-most receptions and receiving yards to TEs through six weeks.
Matchups We Hate:
None
Other Matchups:
QB Jordan Love
Jordan Love hasn't really been a viable QB1 option for managers this year. He has finished outside the top 12 at the QB position in three of his five games. Therefore, Love will be more of a QB2 play this week against the Cardinals. Arizona has only allowed one top 12 fantasy QB finish since Week 3.
QB Kyler Murray
It remains to be seen if Kyler Murray (foot) will play this week. If he does, he will be more of a QB2 play against a Packers defense that has let up just one top-12 QB fantasy finish through six weeks. If he can't go, Brissett will draw his second straight start. However, he will also be more of a QB2 option in Superflex formats.
Cardinals RBs
Last week, Michael Carter (44%) and Bam Knight (51%) almost evenly split the backfield snaps. With a 50/50 timeshare expected to continue, both Carter and Knight are lower-end flex plays in Week 7. The Packers have allowed the fifth-fewest fantasy points per game to opposing running backs, and only two RBs have rushed for more than 45 yards against this defense in 2025.
Marvin Harrison Jr. left last week's game early due to a concussion, but his limited practices on both Wednesday and Thursday give him a shot to play on Sunday. If he plays, Harrison will be a solid WR2 play against the Packers. Green Bay has allowed some big games to WR1s in recent weeks, which included Ja'Marr Chase (25.1 PPR fantasy points) in Week 6 and George Pickens (33.4 PPR fantasy points) in Week 4.
WR Romeo Doubs
Romeo Doubs does have flex appeal in Week 7 against the Cardinals. Doubs has caught at least five passes in each of the last two games, and his 17 targets over those two weeks rank first on the team. So, he will be a high-end flex play on Sunday. Arizona has given up the sixth-most receptions to opposing WRs.
Matthew Golden should be a better fantasy option moving forward. He totaled a career-high 86 receiving yards in last week's win, and his 19.2% target share in that game was the best of the season. So, the rookie can be a potential flex option in 12-plus team leagues. The Cardinals rank around league average in yards per completion allowed.
As a result, some deep shots could be there for Golden.
Injuries:
- Kyler Murray (foot) - questionable
- Marvin Harrison Jr. (concussion) - questionable
Washington Commanders at Dallas Cowboys
Matchups We Love:
QB Jayden Daniels
Jayden Daniels is a must-start QB1 in Week 7 against the Cowboys. Dallas has allowed the most fantasy points, the most passing yards, the second-most passing touchdowns, and the 10th-most rushing yards per game to opposing QBs. Considering every QB has scored above 19 fantasy points against this secondary this year, Daniels is a top QB play.
QB Dak Prescott
Dak Prescott has been balling out for fantasy managers in recent weeks. He has finished as a top-5 fantasy QB in three straight games and has thrown 10 passing touchdowns during that span. Now, he gets a plus matchup against Washington's secondary. The Commanders have allowed over 19 fantasy points to four of the six QBs they have faced in 2025.
Things are certainly trending up for Jacory Croskey-Merritt. He rushed for 111 yards and two touchdowns in Week 5 and then totaled a season-high 17 carries last week against the Bears. With his fantasy value on the rise, Croskey-Merritt is a strong RB2 play this week. On top of that, the Cowboys have given up the third-most fantasy points to RBs through six weeks.
Deebo Samuel Sr. continues to be bothered by a heel issue that has kept him out of practice over the last few weeks. However, Samuel will be a must-start WR2 if he plays. The 29-year-old has a fantastic matchup against a Cowboys secondary that has allowed the most fantasy points and the second-most receiving yards to WRs.
Matchups We Hate:
None
Other Matchups:
Javonte Williams had his worst game of the season in Week 6, rushing for just 29 yards. But we should expect a bounce-back performance from the 25-year-old this weekend. The Commanders just allowed D'Andre Swift to run for 108 yards en route to a 25.5 PPR fantasy point day. That puts Williams into RB1 status.
Cowboys WRs
It appears CeeDee Lamb will return from his ankle injury in Week 7. Therefore, Lamb should be in all lineups this week against the Commanders. He totaled over 100 yards in both of his games before his injury. As for Pickens, fantasy managers should continue to start him in all formats. He should see enough opportunities in a potential high-scoring game to make him a low-end WR1.
Jake Ferguson has been one of the biggest surprises at the TE position this season. Although Lamb is expected back, Ferguson should remain a TE1 option for fantasy managers. He has scored four touchdowns across the past three weeks, and his 7.3 receptions per game rank first among all TEs through six weeks.
TE Zach Ertz
Zach Ertz has been very up-and-down in fantasy so far this year. He has two top-12 fantasy TE finishes and two finishes outside the top-25 at the position. For this week, Ertz could be a potential TE1 play in 14-plus team leagues. The Cowboys have allowed 6.3 receptions per game to opposing TEs, which included giving up 13 combined catches to Jets TEs two weeks ago.
Injuries:
- CeeDee Lamb (ankle) - questionable
- Terry McLaurin (quad) - questionable
- Deebo Samuel Sr. (heel) - questionable

Atlanta Falcons at San Francisco 49ers
Matchups We Love:
None
Matchups We Hate:
49ers QBs
It remains to be seen whether Brock Purdy or Mac Jones will start for the 49ers in Week 7. Whichever QB does wind up getting the start, though, will be more of a QB2 option in Superflex formats. The Falcons haven’t allowed a top-12 QB fantasy finish since Week 1. So, it’s best to avoid all 49ers QBs.
Kendrick Bourne has definitely earned more opportunities moving forward. He has totaled over 140 receiving yards in each of the last two games, and Ricky Pearsall could miss his third straight contest. Unfortunately, this is a tougher matchup for Bourne on the outside. A.J. Terrell will likely be matched up against him for most of the game, making Bourne more of a WR4.
All signs point to George Kittle returning from his hamstring injury this week. His return is certainly going to be a big boost for your fantasy team. However, this isn’t the best matchup for him. The Falcons have allowed the fewest fantasy points to opposing TEs and have yet to allow a TE to finish as a top-20 option. Still, Kittle will be a solid TE1 this weekend.
Other Matchups:
It’s going to be tough to trust Michael Penix Jr. as a QB1 option this week. He has finished as a top-12 QB just once and has thrown just three passing touchdowns since Week 2. Although the 49ers have let up a top-12 QB finish in back-to-back games, Penix is more of a middle-of-the-pack QB2 play in Superflex formats.
The Falcons have done a great job against RBs in fantasy this year. They have allowed the second-fewest fantasy points per game and the third-fewest receptions per game to opposing RBs across the first six weeks. None of that matters, though, when it comes to Christian McCaffrey. McCaffrey will be an RB1 option this week.
RB Bijan Robinson
Bijan Robinson will enter the week as an RB1 in fantasy. He has finished as a top-12 RB in every contest this year and is coming off a game in which he scored 35.8 PPR fantasy points. That means Robinson should be in all fantasy lineups in Week 7. The 49ers have let an RB finish top-10 in consecutive weeks.
WR Drake London
Drake London will remain a must-start WR1 in fantasy this week. He just had his best fantasy game of the season last week (31.8 PPR fantasy points) and should continue to be in all fantasy lineups. Four different WRs have totaled over 70 receiving yards against the 49ers in 2025, including both Nacua and Adams in Week 5.
WRs Jauan Jennings/Ricky Pearsall
Considering Pearsall has yet to practice this week, he faces an uphill battle to play in Week 7. If he plays, he’ll be a risky flex option in his return. As for Jennings, he will also be a riskier flex play. He is reportedly playing with five broken ribs and only caught one pass last week. Additionally, the Falcons have allowed only two WRs to finish inside the top-36 through six weeks.
Pitts has some potential as a TE1 option this week against the 49ers. The Falcons playmaker has caught at least four passes in four of his five games, and San Francisco has allowed five different TEs to score at least 10 PPR fantasy points against them this year. So, Pitts can be a start in 14-plus team leagues.
Injuries:
- Brock Purdy (toe) - questionable
- Mac Jones (knee) - questionable
- Jauan Jennings (ribs, ankle) - questionable
- Ricky Pearsall (knee) - questionable
Matchup Analysis - Monday Night Football
Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Detroit Lions
Matchups We Love:
Baker Mayfield is playing like an MVP right now. He has also been a reliable QB1 option each week. Mayfield has finished as a top-12 option in five of six games. That’s enough to start him as a QB1 this week against a Lions defense that is banged up and has given up multiple passing touchdowns in five different contests.
WR Mike Evans
After missing the past three weeks due to a hamstring injury, Mike Evans could return in Week 7. He practiced in a limited fashion on Friday. If he plays, Evans is a strong WR2. The Detroit secondary will be missing some key players, and this defense has already given up the fifth-most fantasy points and the third-most receiving touchdowns to opposing WRs.
Matchups We Hate:
The Lions want to give David Montgomery more opportunities moving forward. However, this isn’t the best matchup for him. Only one RB has rushed for more than 55 yards against this Tampa Bay defense this year, and the Buccaneers currently rank third in rush yards allowed per game. Since Montgomery only has a 38.6% snap share, he is a risky RB2 option.
Other Matchups:
QB Jared Goff
Jared Goff has some potential as a QB1 this week. Goff has thrown multiple passing touchdowns in three straight games, and the Buccaneers' secondary has allowed some big QB performances in recent weeks. Both Jones (347 yards) and Sam Darnold (341 yards) threw for over 300 yards against this Tampa Bay defense over the past two games. So, Goff is a low-end QB1.
RB Jahmyr Gibbs
While we highlighted Montgomery in the hate section because of Tampa Bay’s stout run defense, Gibbs should have some success in this game. The Buccaneers have allowed the fourth-most receptions and third-most receiving yards per game to opposing RBs. Given that Gibbs is averaging 3.8 receptions per game to start the season, he should be in all lineups.
With Bucky Irving set to miss his third straight game, Rachaad White will draw another start. In his first two games without Irving, White has finished as the RB7 (Week 5) and RB10 (Week 6) in PPR formats. That makes him a solid RB2 play in this matchup against the 49ers. San Francisco is also allowing 4.8 receptions per game to opposing RBs.
WRs Sterling Shepard/Tez Johnson
With Chris Godwin (fibula) and Emeka Egbuka (hamstring) trending to miss this week’s game, both Sterling Shepard and Tez Johnson get a boost in Tampa Bay’s passing attack. Of those WRs, Shepard is the safer high-floor play, while Johnson is the higher upside option.
We have certainly seen that take shape in recent weeks. Shepard has scored between 11 PPR fantasy points and 12 PPR fantasy points in two of the last four games, and Johnson needed just one play to show his fantasy potential last week. The rookie caught a 45-yard touchdown in the win.
It was nice to see Jameson Williams get involved in Detroit’s offense last week. He caught six passes for 66 yards and one touchdown en route to a WR12 fantasy finish. However, Williams will remain a boom-or-bust WR3 this week. The good news for him, though, is that the Buccaneers allowed both Bourne and Jaxon Smith-Njigba to total over 130 receiving yards in each of the last two weeks.
Amon-Ra St. Brown will remain a strong WR1 for fantasy managers this week. St. Brown has caught at least seven catches in five straight games, and there is no way you can sit him in any format. He will enter the week as one of the best options at the wide receiver position.
TE Cade Otton
Cade Otton is a sneaky TE1 play in 12-plus team leagues this week. With Godwin and Egbuka likely to miss this game, Otton could be a reliable weapon for Mayfield on Monday night. He has scored in double figures in PPR formats in back-to-back games, and the Lions just let Kelce catch six passes for 78 yards last week.
Therefore, the Buccaneers playmaker is a solid TE1 option in some formats.
TE Sam LaPorta
Sam LaPorta should be started in all formats this week against the Buccaneers. He has finished as the TE4 in consecutive weeks, and his target share is up over 24% across the past two games. That’s enough to start him as a TE1 against a Tampa Bay defense that has allowed an overall TE1 finish in two of the past three weeks.
Injuries:
- Bucky Irving (shoulder/foot) - questionable
- Chris Godwin (fibula) - questionable
- Mike Evans (hamstring) - questionable
- Emeka Egbuka (hamstring) - questionable
Houston Texans at Seattle Seahawks
Matchups We Love:
None
Matchups We Hate:
QB Sam Darnold
It has been impressive to watch Sam Darnold throw the ball in recent weeks. He has finished as a top-10 fantasy QB in three of the past four weeks and has thrown multiple passing touchdowns in back-to-back games. However, Darnold will be a riskier QB2 option on Monday night against the Texans. Houston is allowing the fewest fantasy points per game to opposing QBs.
WR Jaxon Smith-Njigba
Smith-Njigba being in this section doesn't mean you should sit him in Week 7. He has been a top-3 fantasy WR through the first six weeks and has finished as the WR3 in PPR formats in consecutive contests. This will be a tougher matchup for him on the outside against Derek Stingley Jr., though. Stingley ranks 24th among all CBs in fantasy points allowed per target.
TE AJ Barner
AJ Barner has scored in double figures in PPR formats in four of the last five games. Last week, Barner caught three passes for 71 yards en route to a TE17 fantasy finish. However, the Seahawks TE should be avoided in most cases in Week 7. Only one TE has finished in the top 18 at the position against the Texans this season.
Other Matchups:
QB C.J. Stroud
The last time we saw C.J. Stroud, he threw for 244 yards and four touchdowns against the Ravens. While we shouldn't expect a similar performance from him in Week 7, he will be a high-end QB2 against the Seahawks. Seattle has allowed over 18 fantasy points to a QB in three straight contests while also ranking 28th on the season in passing yards allowed per game.
Texans RBs
This Houston running back group remains a huge question mark heading into Week 7. Nick Chubb (11) out-touched Woody Marks (seven) back in Week 5, and the latter only played 39% of the team's offensive snaps in that game. However, Marks is the better RB start this week due to his potential in the receiving game. Seattle has allowed the most receptions and the second-most receiving yards to opposing backs.
Seahawks RBs
Both running backs in Seattle's backfield should be avoided in Week 7. Kenneth Walker III played a season-low 34.5% of the team's offensive snaps last week, and he has now been held to under 12.5 PPR fantasy points in three straight games. As for Zach Charbonnet, he has been wildly inefficient on the ground while averaging 2.6 yards per carry.
To make matters worse, the Texans have given up the ninth-fewest fantasy points, ninth-fewest rushing yards, and fourth-fewest receptions per game to opposing RBs. That moves both Walker and Charbonnet down to RB3 status in Week 7.
WR Cooper Kupp
It has been hard to trust Cooper Kupp this year. He has finished as a top-30 fantasy WR just twice and has seen three targets or fewer in three of his six games. As a result, Kupp will be a low-end flex play in 12-plus team leagues in Week 7. There are better flex options this week than a WR who only caught two passes last weekend.
WR Nico Collins
Although Collins has been a slightly disappointing option so far this season, this matchup is a prime opportunity for him to boom. The Seahawks are dealing with some injuries in the secondary, and this defense has allowed Thomas (23 PPR fantasy points) and Egbuka (31.3 PPR fantasy points) to torture them in recent weeks. That makes Collins a strong WR1.
