MLB Starting Pitcher Depth Charts for Fantasy Baseball: Week 10

To see our tiered staff rankings for starting pitchers, head over to our fantasy baseball rankings dashboard. You can easily filter and export all sorts of rankings and tiers - mixed leagues, points leagues, top prospects, and more!

Starting pitchers get you 40% of the key stats in 5x5 leagues, and are sometimes even more important in H2H and points leagues.  Our starting pitcher depth charts have a special fantasy baseball focus, to let you know which pitchers are worth owning and which aren't. MLB teams make in-season changes due to injuries or poor performance all the time, so stay on top of all MLB starting pitcher depth charts for the AL and NL, and dominate in pitching this year.

We will be updating the MLB Starting Pitcher Depth Charts for Fantasy Baseball all season long. Below you'll find our Week 10 depth charts.

Week 10 MLB Starting Pitcher Depth Charts for Fantasy Baseball

Great news! Raisel Iglesias will be back soon...in the Cincinnati bullpen. That is a major bummer for anyone looking to cash in on the Reds' only completely solid starter for the remainder of 2016. In taking that hit, at least we can appreciate the masterful recent performances of Michael Fulmer. After a shaky start, he has finally gotten it together and has been the complete package, strikeouts and all. With young pitchers in mind, it is also important to note that Brandon Finnegan had yet another solid start against Gio Gonzalez and the Nationals on Friday; lowering his ERA from 4.14 to 3.89 in a 6.1 IP and one ER performance.

Speaking of strikeouts, Rich Hill has moved into "Fantasy Ace" status. What else do we call a pitcher with a 2.25 ERA, 2.67 FIP, 1.125 WHIP, 0.3 HR/9, and 10.4 K/9? Matt Harvey came back with yet another great performance against the Marlins and the red-hot Jose Fernandez, while Sonny Gray bounced off of the DL with a 5.0 IP, five-strikeout, and one ER performance in which he produced 10 ground balls.

There are a couple pitchers on the hot seat to remain in their current tier. Drew Smyly has been a little mediocre of late, while Taijuan Walker has been prone to a few blow-up performances . Regardless of what the next week holds; with so many young pitchers finding their rhythm in the major leagues, familiarize yourself with the depth charts for every MLB rotation and be ready to act when the decks get shuffled.
