Giannis Antetokounmpo Back at Practice
Giannis Antetokounmpo (illness) practiced with the team on Saturday. The multi-time MVP was battling COVID-19 while still in Greece, delaying his return back to the United States to participate in the first few days of training camp. "I think it took a toll on my body. I'm not 100% yet physically," Antetokounmpo said. "Just taking it day by day, getting back in shape. I've got like 18 days until the first game, so I think I'll be fine." Although he plans to suit up when the Bucks take on the Washington Wizards on October 22, fantasy managers should continue to monitor the situation, especially if he can't bounce back as quickly as anticipated. For now, Antetokounmpo remains a top-five fantasy option in all formats.
