Recent Update

7/24:Milwaukee Brewers reliever Wily Peralta (hip) was activated from the disabled list and then pitched Sunday versus Philadelphia. He went two scoreless innings striking out four. This has been an awful 2017 season for Peralta and there is no guarantee that he will have much of a role even when healthy. In most leagues, I would suggest dropping him if you haven't already. This was a nice first outing but since it is unlikely he will work his way into the closer position, he would have to be dominant to be relevant outside of leagues that count holds. The next six games are against two very tough teams in Washington and the Cubs.--Jamie Mellor - RotoBaller

  • @Haudricourt: Now Peralta walks Scherzer.
  • @Haudricourt: Wily Peralta on to pitch for #Brewers. Guessing he's going to be asked to suck up some innings here.
  • @Todd_Rosiak: Peralta follows up a somewhat shaky seventh by striking out the side in the eighth (after issuing a leadoff walk). It’s 6-3, top nine.

  • @Todd_Rosiak: @starkers_tweets Peralta’s not stretched out and he’s struggled like crazy all season. Not realistic.
