Abus Magomedov suffered a second-round submission loss to Joe Pyfer on the UFC 320 main card opener on Saturday. Magomedov had some solid moments in the opening round as he got on top of Pyfer, landed some elbows and almost submitted the 29-year-old, but Pyfer managed to get out of danger. In the second round, Pyfer dropped Magomedov with a thunderous right hand. Pyfer then took Magomedov's back and submitted him with a rear-naked choke. In 6:46 of action, Magomedov landed a takedown and 11 significant strikes. With the loss, Magomedov dropped to 4-3 in the UFC.--Alen Kurbasic
