NASCAR DFS Picks (Craftsman Truck Series): DraftKings Lineup Plays for the EJP 175 at New Hampshire (2025)

Dave's NASCAR DFS Picks (Truck Series) for the EJP 175 at New Hampshire (2025). Read his daily fantasy NASCAR advice and NASCAR Trucks DFS sleepers, values for Loudon.

We've reached the final race of the Round of 10. The top eight drivers after this weekend's race will advance to the next round. That means two drivers will be eliminated this weekend. Rajah Caruth currently sits in eighth place. He holds a 14-point lead over Jake Garcia. Despite starting the Round of 10 in third place, Chandler Smith now sits 10th in the standings. Thanks to consecutive 30th-place finishes at Darlington and Bristol, Smith sits 24 points behind Caruth. Smith hadn't posted a 30th or worse finish since Charlotte back in May, so it's unfortunate to see bad luck strike him at the worst time.

This weekend, the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series returns to New Hampshire Motor Speedway for the first time since 2017. Only a handful of drivers were in the field the last time the series ran at New Hampshire, so we are dealing with a bit of a wildcard for the final race of the Round of 10. The "Magic Mile" is a unique, flat one-mile oval. Luckily, there are a few other tracks that are similar to its setup. Richmond, Gateway, and Phoenix are our best comparison points for New Hampshire. Unfortunately, Gateway is not on the 2025 Craftsman Truck Series schedule, and Phoenix is the final race of the year. Luckily, the series already stopped at Richmond in August, so that race is a potential guide for this weekend.

Can Smith overcome a horrific start to the playoffs and punch his ticket to the Round of 8? Or will Caruth hang on for the final spot? Does Corey Heim snag yet another victory, or will Layne Riggs win his second consecutive race? Let's dive in and look at some NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series DFS lineup picks for the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series EJP 175 at New Hampshire on DraftKings. Also, make sure to check out our NASCAR Premium Tools for the Craftsman Truck Series, including our DFS Lineup Optimizer and powerful Research Station. Please note, this slate locks on 9/20/25 at 12:20 p.m. EDT.

Top NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series DFS Plays

Corey Heim ($13.5K)

Starts First

Heim started the weekend with a bang by winning the pole. He has already clinched a spot in the Round of 8 and has been far and away the best driver in the Truck Series this year. Heim has eight wins, 14 top fives, and 16 top 10s through 20 races in 2025. He has also led an absurd 1,312 laps this season.

Heim has had success at other flat tracks similar to New Hampshire. He has two top 10s in three career starts at Phoenix and has two wins in his only two starts at Gateway, too. He led 75 laps at Richmond last month en route to taking home the checkered flag.

Starting from the pole eliminates the possibility for place differential points, but it does provide plenty of opportunity for fastest lap and dominator points. It's been hard to recommend betting against Heim in 2025, and he's in a fantastic position to pick up another victory here.

DFS gamers should feel confident building their lineups around Heim once again this weekend.

Layne Riggs ($12.5K)

Starts Fourth

Riggs won last weekend's race at Bristol Motor Speedway. He overcame a spin on Lap 1 and led 110 laps to pick up his second career Bristol win and third victory of the season.

Riggs finished third at Richmond back in August, but did not lead a single lap in that race. He also has two top fives in three career Richmond starts and has one top 10 finish in two Phoenix starts. Expect him to be in contention for the win.

Chandler Smith ($10K)

Starts Second

Smith is in desperation mode this weekend. His best shot at making the Round of 8 is to win this race. This could be a great spot for him to do so. Smith has wins at Phoenix and Richmond on his resume, so he knows how to get around on flat tracks. He was also fast in practice, as he posted the third-fastest overall lap time and had the second-best 10-consecutive-lap average.

Smith backed up that speed in practice by qualifying on the front row. It puts him in a great position to do exactly what he needs to advance to the next round.

He might be a bit pricy given his performance the last two weeks, but I am a sucker for a good narrative. Look for Smith to come out swinging as he looks to score the victory and punch his ticket to the Round of 8.

Ty Majeski ($9.8K)

Starts Third

If you're looking for a cheaper alternative to anchor your lineup this weekend, then Majeski is your guy. The 2024 NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series champion remains winless this year. However, this weekend marks a fantastic opportunity for the defending series champ to return to victory lane.

Majeski flat-out dominated the race at Richmond back in August. He led a race-high 143 laps and won the first two stages before settling for a runner-up finish. Majeski qualified third, and that puts him in a great position to lead laps and score dominator points that are crucial to DFS success.

I love the idea of building a few lineups around Majeski, as it gives you flexibility on the rest of the card. Expect him to be in contention for the victory, and don't be surprised if this is the weekend Majeski ends his winless streak.

NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series DFS Fades

Tyler Ankrum ($8.3K)

Starts 10th

Ankrum might seem like a decent mid-tier option, but he's been just okay at flat tracks. He did finish 11th back at Richmond, but there isn't much room for place differential points starting 10th. It's safe to leave him out of lineups this weekend.

Tanner Gray ($7.5K)

Starts Fifth

I came into this race wanting to target Gray, but after qualifying fifth, I just don't see a good argument for putting him in lineups. He did finish 14th at Richmond earlier this year and has a few top 20s at Phoenix, too.

But starting so close to the front means Gray offers no real upside as a place differential play. I also don't expect him to be fast enough to score dominator points. If a driver can't do either of those two things, that means you should leave him in the garage.

Mid-Tier NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series DFS Options

Christian Eckes ($9.5K)

Starts 28th

Eckes is a good driver and starts toward the rear of the field. He should vastly improve upon his starting position and is a great place differential target.

Grant Enfinger ($8.8K)

Starts 16th

Enfinger wasn't great at Richmond but did finish fourth at New Hampshire back in 2017. He is a good place differential play as he's live for a top 1o finish with potential for more.

Daniel Hemric ($8.5K)

Starts 13th

Like Enfginer, Hemric is live for a top 10 finish and could be a decent play at this price.

Ben Rhodes ($8K)

Starts 17th

Rhodes finished eighth at Richmond after starting 17th. He does have two career starts at New Hampshire with a best finish of seventh back in 2017.

Giovanni Ruggiero ($7.4K)

Starts 14th

Ruggiero finished sixth at Richmond earlier this year. He's live for another top 10 this weekend.

NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series DFS Value Options

Bayley Currey ($6.9K)

Starts 23rd

Currey qualified toward the back, but he showed some speed in practice. Currey had the fifth-best 10 consecutive lap average in practice. He's a sneaky place differential target.

Matt Mills ($6.4K)

Starts 24th

Mills scored a top 20 at Richmond and offers some place differential upside this weekend.
