Week 6 Fantasy Football Outlooks
Below are some fantasy football outlooks written by our NFL team here at RotoBaller, bringing you their fantasy football analysis and advice on which players to consider starting in Week 6:
CeeDee Lamb, Dallas Cowboys
Dallas Cowboys wide receiver CeeDee Lamb (thigh) was able to practice in full on Wednesday, according to Pro Football Talk. Lamb missed the conclusion of the upset loss at home to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers last Thursday night due to a thigh injury, but the good news is that he has extra time to recover before the team's Week 6 game on Sunday Night Football against the Green Bay Packers at Lambeau Field. The 27-year-old practicing in full already this week is a good sign that he will be available to play against the Packers.
Reports last Friday suggested that Lamb was only dealing with a bruised thigh/quad, so he escaped a major injury. Fantasy managers should keep Lamb locked into their starting lineups for Week 6. The five-time Pro Bowler has been better than teammate George Pickens so far in 2026, catching 39 of his 51 targets for 507 yards and four touchdowns in five games. He already has more touchdowns than he did all of last year in 14 contests for Dallas. Lamb looks primed for a bounce-back game in Green Bay after catching only two of his five targets for nine yards last Thursday night before his injury.
Jonathan Taylor, Indianapolis Colts
Indianapolis Colts running back Jonathan Taylor was considered a must-start ahead of Week 5 but mustered just 45 yards on 15 carries in a 34-22 loss to the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was an uncharacteristically quiet day for the veteran back, who has the third-most carries (86) and rushing touchdowns (6) in the NFL.
The Colts' offense collectively came up short in Sunday's game, with quarterback Daniel Jones completing 24 passes for 267 yards but failing to score a touchdown. Tight end Tyler Warren scored the only TD on the ground for Indy, running in a one-yard attempt in the second quarter. Taylor is a bust for Week 5 but has a golden opportunity to rebound in Week 6 against the Tennessee Titans.
Tre' Harris, Los Angeles Chargers
Los Angeles Chargers wide receiver Tre' Harris (hamstring) was a sneaky pickup going into the Week 5 game against the division-rival Denver Broncos on Sunday, with both Ladd McConkey (foot) and Quentin Johnston (chest) questionable to play. McConkey was active (did not end up playing any snaps), while Johnston was held out. It was shaping up to be a high-target day for Harris in the Chargers' banged-up offense, but L.A.'s offense continued to struggle before Harris left the game in the second half and never returned due to a hamstring injury.
He caught two of his four targets for only 16 yards before departing. With McConkey, Johnston, and Harris all injured, tight end Charlie Kolar ended up leading the Chargers in receiving with three grabs on four targets for only 37 yards on a day in which quarterback Justin Herbert threw for only 121 yards. Harris is now considered week-to-week with his hamstring injury, meaning he could miss the Week 6 divisional clash against the Kansas City Chiefs. Keep in mind that the Chargers' bye comes in Week 7 when deciding whether to keep Harris stashed as WR depth in deeper fantasy leagues.
Jaylin Noel, Houston Texans
Across five games so far in 2026, Houston Texans wide receiver Jaylin Noel has recorded 13 catches for 227 yards and one touchdown on 17 targets. The 24-year-old's production has trended positively of late, as he's hauled in eight catches for 126 yards and a score over his last two games. Houston acquired wide receiver Marvin Harrison Jr. from the Arizona Cardinals on Sunday, which could push Noel back down the team's depth chart.
However, Noel provides an explosive element from the slot that gives him a different skill set than Harrison Jr. and Texans WR1 Nico Collins. Houston's passing offense has also been effective so far this season, with quarterback C.J. Stroud averaging 37 pass attempts and 280 yards per game. In deeper league formats, Noel could be worth stashing off the waiver wire.
