Andy's potential Week 15 busts, fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for players who may disappoint. You should consider benching these players in Week 15.
The fantasy football playoffs have arrived. After 14 weeks of adding breakout players, dropping our draft busts, and making trades, our rosters are now set as we look to take home the championship.
With the playoffs beginning, our lineup choices could be the difference between us going home early or moving on to Week 16. In this piece, I will discuss four players who could be at high risk of disappointing managers this weekend.

Potential Fantasy Football Lineup Busts
QB Jordan Love (GB) at DEN
Jordan Love enters Week 15 riding an impressive hot streak. Over his last two games, Love has tossed an eye-catching seven passing scores while averaging 234 passing yards per game. During this stretch, Love has turned the ball over just once.

Prior to this two-game surge, Love averaged a low 190.5 yards per game with a 2:1 TD:INT ratio during Week 9 through Week 12.
Despite finding his footing, managers should expect Love to take a step back this weekend. In Week 15, Love will travel to face a potent Denver secondary that has allowed the sixth-fewest PPR fantasy points to opposing QBs this season. Earlier this month, they held Patrick Mahomes to just one passing score with 276 yards.
Expect a similar outcome with a higher risk for Love. Managers with other viable low-end QB1s like Bo Nix or Jared Goff should look to rely on them in the opening week of the fantasy playoffs instead.
RB James Cook (BUF) at NE
James Cook totaled over 100 yards from scrimmage in the Bills' victory over the Bengals on Sunday. In fact, this was Cook's fourth-straight game hitting this mark. During this impressive stretch, Buffalo's RB1 has averaged a stellar 19 PPR points per game and has been viewed as a high-end RB1 in all formats.
While Cook is not someone you can afford to bench in the playoffs, I would look to include a higher-upside option in your FLEX spot this week, given his matchup. Cook will face the New England Patriots, who enter this week boasting the league's top rushing defense and allowing the second-fewest PPR points to opposing RBs.
When Cook faced the Patriots back in Week 5, he tallied a season-low 4.9 PPR points. Starting a high-upside RB2 or FLEX play could help counter the potential for Cook to disappoint.
WR Michael Wilson (ARI) at HOU
Michael Wilson is shaping up to be the waiver-wire wonder of the 2025 season. Since Week 11, Wilson has been a legit WR1 in fantasy, averaging 24.8 PPR points per game. Throughout these four games, Jacoby Brissett has force-fed him targets, averaging 14 targets and catching 9.8 passes per game.
However, in Week 15, Wilson will face a daunting Houston secondary that has allowed the third-fewest PPR points to opposing WRs. On Sunday night, the Texans shut down Kansas City's top wideout, Rashee Rice, limiting him to just 34 yards on four receptions. In addition, if Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) returns to the lineup, Wilson could see an even smaller target share, dropping him to high-risk WR2 territory.
Even if Harrions is unable to play, Wilson will see his ceiling significantly capped in this daunting matchup.
TE Tyler Warren (IND) at SEA
Rounding out this week's bust list has been a set-it-and-forget-it tight end option this season. As a rookie, Tyler Warren has smashed all expectations and has been one of the most consistent players at the position. However, with Daniel Jones (Achilles) now done for the season, the Indianapolis passing game has major questions.

In relief of Jones last week, Riley Leonard struggled against a weak Jacksonville secondary, completing 18 of his 29 attempts for 145 yards and an interception. He was unable to connect with Warren as he brought in just two of his six targets for 15 yards. While a full week of practice could improve their connection, facing a Seattle defense that has allowed the second-fewest PPG (17.4) and just 197.1 passing yards per game is not a positive sign.
Even though the Seahawks have struggled to defend the tight end position (allowing the fourth-most PPR points to opposing TEs this season), Warren is a high-risk play due to Indianapolis' potential quarterback play. Managers should instead look to pivot to similar low-end TE1 options like Brenton Strange, Harold Fannin Jr., or Dalton Schultz.
While Warren still possesses a high ceiling, his floor is now substantially lower, making him a top bust candidate. Managers can't afford that risk in the fantasy playoffs.
In addition, Leonard may be unable to play due to a strained knee he suffered on Sunday. If he were to miss this game, the Colts could turn to Brett Rypien from their practice squad or sign retired QB Philip Rivers, who is set to meet with the Colts for a physical. Given the massive question mark under center, Warren will likely disappoint this weekend.
