Colston Loveland Misses Another Practice
Colston Loveland (hip) missed a second straight day of practice this week on Thursday, putting his availability in serious doubt for a Week 4 matchup against the Las Vegas Raiders. Loveland injured his hip in the second quarter of the Week 3 win over the Dallas Cowboys and did not return. It was believed that the 21-year-old avoided a serious injury, but if he's unable to return to practice on Friday, he'll probably be ruled out this weekend. Although Cole Kmet only caught one pass last Sunday, he made it count for his first touchdown of the year in the second half after Loveland departed the game. Before leaving against Dallas, Loveland caught one pass for a big 31-yard pickup, but he has only three catches for 43 yards on six targets in his first three NFL games. If he's out against Vegas, Kmet will be on the QB2 streaming radar.
