CeeDee Lamb Could Miss 3-4 Weeks
CeeDee Lamb (ankle) could miss three to four weeks after suffering a high-ankle sprain in the Week 3 blowout loss to the Chicago Bears, a source told Todd Archer of ESPN. Players can miss up to four to six weeks with high-ankle sprains, but the Cowboys are saying Lamb's sprain is a mild high-ankle sprain. The 26-year-old said after Sunday's game that he'd be fine for Week 4 against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday night, but that's unlikely to be the case. Fantasy managers should be planning on being without Lamb for at least a couple of games. In the meantime, quarterback Dak Prescott will have to rely more on wideouts George Pickens, Jalen Tolbert, and KaVontae Turpin, as well as tight end Jake Ferguson, who was targeted a whopping 14 times against Chicago. Ferguson should be considered a must-start TE1 in fantasy while Lamb is out.
