Seattle Seahawks running back Zach Charbonnet (foot) is expected to play in Thursday night's divisional matchup against the Arizona Cardinals after logging full practices throughout the week. Despite carrying a questionable tag, Charbonnet appears on track to return after missing last week's contest. The third-year back has struggled to gain traction in 2025, posting just 57 rushing yards on 27 carries while dealing with injuries that have cut his efficiency in half compared to his career averages. His outlook doesn't get any easier in Week 4, as Arizona's defense ranks fourth in the NFL against the run, giving up only 76.3 rushing yards per game. Even with his return, Charbonnet projects as a low-upside option and should remain on fantasy benches until he shows signs of turning his season around.--Shaun Albin
