New Orleans Pelicans shooting guard Jordan Hawkins (back) is good to go for the start of the season. The 23-year-old missed the final couple of weeks of the 2024-25 season with a back problem. During Tuesday's media day, Hawkins told reporters that his back is "1,000 percent" better and he hasn't experienced any health issues during the offseason. Hawkins notched 10.8 points per game last term, but his offensive output is likely to decline this year as several of his teammates return to health. He also needs to compete for playing time with a couple of new backcourt additions.--Taavi Pailk
