Thanksgiving Day Slate DraftKings NFL DFS Picks (2025)

Derrick Henry - Fantasy Football Rankings, NFL Injury News, DFS Lineup Picks

Zach's DraftKings NFL DFS Thanksgiving Day picks, value plays, DFS sleepers for the holiday slate (2025). His top DK plays and value picks for daily fantasy football lineups.

Happy Thanksgiving, RotoBallers! It's the annual tradition of family, feasting, and football, and this year DraftKings is jumping in and serving up a great DFS slate to go with the stuffing and mashed potatoes. There are three great matchups lined up for the day, and great DFS options from all across the buffet.

The action starts with the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions in an NFC North appetizer seasoned with plenty of playoff implications for both squads. The meat of the football sandwich is also a tasty matchup between the Kansas City Chiefs and the Dallas Cowboys, but be sure to save room for dessert because the nightcap features another divisional matchup between the Baltimore Ravens and the Cincinnati Bengals. The Bengals are expected to get both Joe Burrow (toe) and Ja'Marr Chase (suspension) back in action for what should be a sweet finish to the day.

Be sure to jump into our RotoBaller Discord! We have so many different channels devoted to whatever you're playing in fantasy football. We also have lots of great NFL DFS articles and NFL DFS tools to help you win MORE this season! Good luck with your DraftKings DFS lineups -- let's feast on this Thanksgiving slate together!

DraftKings Quarterbacks - Thanksgiving Day DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Patrick Mahomes, KC at DAL ($6,500)

Quarterbacks have been taking heaping helpings of fantasy points against two of the teams on the board this Thanksgiving. The Cowboys have given up the most DraftKings points per game of any team in the NFL to opposing QBs, allowing an average of 270.3 passing yards per game to the position, the second most of any team in the NFL. QBs have thrown 24 touchdowns against them and run for six more scores.

Patrick Mahomes has also been cooking this season, averaging 270.6 yards per game with 18 passing touchdowns and four rushing scores in his 11 games. Last week, even without a touchdown, he racked up over 20 DraftKings points against the Colts, totaling 352 passing yards with an interception and 30 rushing yards against the Colts.

He did struggle a little bit against strong defenses on the road in Denver and Buffalo, but he should be able to dig in against the Cowboys in Dallas and put up good numbers like Jalen Hurts did last week.

He's also ready to rise to the occasion!

VALUE PLAY

Jordan Love, GB at DET ($5,500)

Love hasn't had quite the volume that Mahomes has carried this season, but he has been efficient as the Packers QB. He has taken care of the ball, throwing 15 touchdowns compared to only three interceptions. Green Bay has won five of its seven games since the bye week in Week 5.

In those seven games, he has seven touchdown tosses, with three of those coming in a big game with over 30 DraftKings points against the Steelers in Week 8. In his two Thanksgiving games, he is 2-0 with 542 passing yards and five touchdowns with no interceptions and a 127.2 QB rating.

The Lions have allowed the ninth-most fantasy points to opposing quarterbacks on the year, and he threw for 188 yards and two touchdowns in the Packers' Week 1 win in this matchup. In the rematch, Love is the cheapest starting QB on the board this Thanksgiving. He has a high ceiling and brings lots of upside from this very affordable price point.

DraftKings Running Backs - Thanksgiving Day DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Derrick Henry, BAL vs. CIN ($7,300)

While it's hard to pass up on Jahmyr Gibbs after his monster Week 12 performance, this is a great spot to back King Henry to put the finishing touches on your Thanksgiving Day of DFS action. Henry had a few down games while Lamar Jackson was battling injuries, but he has posted over 20 DraftKings points in each of the last two games.

He had over 100 yards and a touchdown against the Browns in Week 11 and punched in two scores in Week 12. His six carries from inside the 5-yard line were the highest single-game number this season. He finished with a pair of rushing touchdowns, and the coaching staff is being very deliberate in getting the running game going alongside Jackson.

The Bengals have allowed more fantasy points per game to running backs than any other team in the NFL. Opposing running backs have averaged 131.09 rushing yards and 45.9 receiving yards per game against Cincinnati this year and have scored a whopping 15 touchdowns in 11 games. They're a very movable object, so if Henry can be an irresistible force, he should be lined up for a monster game.

VALUE PLAY

Javonte Williams, DAL vs. KC ($6,300)

Williams has had a great season for the Cowboys and is getting almost all the work in the backfield with Miles Sanders on IR and rookie Jaydon Blue a disappointment and healthy scratch in the team's last three games. While Williams hasn't gotten into the end zone in the last two weeks, he still has had good games with 22 carries for 93 rushing yards against the Raiders and 20 carries for 87 rushing yards against the Eagles.

He has eight rushing touchdowns and one receiving touchdown on the season, and he consistently gets a heavy workload. With so much volume, he brings a high floor even in a tough matchup against the Chiefs' run defense. If he gets into the end zone, he'll definitely pay off at this salary, but his volume gives him the potential to get over double-digit DraftKings points even if he doesn't find paydirt on Thursday.

DraftKings Wide Receivers - Thanksgiving Day DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Amon-Ra St. Brown, DET vs. GB ($7,800)

The Lions offense has been inconsistent this season, but they usually bring plenty of spice when they're playing at home. Amon-Ra St. Brown went off last week against the Giants with nine catches for 149 yards and a touchdown.

St. Brown is always a magnet for targets, and he has at least 10 targets in five of his last six games. He's averaging 6.8 catches on 9.7 targets per game through 11 games this season, but he's been even better in his five home games. He's averaging 103.4 yards with seven touchdowns in his five home games, producing 28.1 DraftKings points per contest when playing at Ford Field this season.

VALUE PLAY

Christian Watson, GB at DET ($4,600)

The big names are all priced up with the slate stacked with top receivers. There are some great value options as well, though, including Watson, who has been re-emerging as the Packers' go-to receiver. He missed the first seven games of the season while recovering from his knee injury, but has been stepping up over the last few weeks.

He has at least four targets in each of the five games that he has played since returning, and set season highs last week with five catches on seven targets. He finished with 49 yards against the Vikings in Week 12 after finding the end zone twice in Week 11 against the Giants.

He is a contested catch specialist who is a big-time playmaker and brings a high ceiling, especially since he's working so effectively in the red zone.

DraftKings Tight Ends - Thanksgiving Day DFS Picks

TOP PLAY

Travis Kelce, KC at DAL ($5,000)

Kelce is a classic stacking option with Patrick Mahomes, but like mashed potatoes and gravy, sometimes you can't go wrong with a classic!

Kelce has averaged 6.3 targets per game over his last seven games and has at least four catches in nine of his last 10 contests, averaging 13.5 DraftKings points per game over that stretch. He didn't find the end zone last week against the Colts, but still finished with 8.4 DraftKings points. He's had at least that many in eight straight weeks and continues to be an extremely reliable play at the position.

Mahomes and Kelce are a great tandem to build around, and they'll take their legendary connection to Dallas to celebrate Thanksgiving.

VALUE PLAY

Mark Andrews, BAL vs. CIN ($3,600)

Andrews is another proven veteran option at tight end. Lamar Jackson's return has jump-started Andrews' slow season. He posted double-digit DraftKings points in three straight weeks before a quiet week last week against the Jets.

Before catching only one pass last week, Andrews had multiple catches in eight straight games dating back to Week 3. He had three touchdowns in Jackson's first three games back after his injury, and Jackson will continue to look his way often on Thanksgiving night. Andrews leads the team with a 27% red-zone share and 33% of end-zone looks.

The Bengals have been the best matchup for tight ends in the entire NFL this season. Opposing tight ends have scored a massive 13 touchdowns in 11 games while averaging 87.5 yards per game when facing the Bengals. Andrews has also thrived in this matchup, scoring four touchdowns in their last six meetings and averaging 67.5 yards per game.
