MLB Home Run Player Prop Bets Today: Best Hitter HR Props (6/11/2025)

Wyatt Langford - Fantasy Baseball Rankings, Draft Sleepers, MLB Prospects

Frank Ammirante's best MLB player prop bets for today (6/11/2025). Bet his home run props (HR props) and win money betting on MLB player props, including Juan Soto, Junior Caminero, and Wyatt Langford.

We've got a full slate of MLB action on Wednesday, which means there are several spots to choose from for home run player prop bets today. Today's hitters include Juan Soto, Junior Caminero, Wyatt Langford, Jordan Westburg, and Kyle Teel. Each of these players is either swinging a hot bat or in an exploitable matchup.

The strategy behind choosing home run props involves several key factors, such as batted ball metrics, lefty-righty splits, weather conditions, and park factors. We also want to make sure we're getting a favorable price in terms of betting odds. You don't want to pay inflated lines on volatile outcomes like home runs, or you can burn through your bankroll quickly.

Below, you'll read about my favorite home run props from MLB games on Wednesday, June 11, 2025. Odds for each pick are from DraftKings Sportsbook and may change throughout the day. Remember to shop around at other sportsbooks for the best price, which gives you more value on your bets. It's also important to risk only a small portion of your bankroll on home run props since this market is volatile, so keep that in mind.

MLB Prop Bets - Today's Home Run Prop Picks (6/11/2025)

Here are all the hitters I'll cover for HR props on Wednesday, June 11:

  • Juan Soto, New York Mets
  • Junior Caminero, Tampa Bay Rays
  • Wyatt Langford, Texas Rangers
  • Jordan Westburg, Baltimore Orioles
  • Kyle Teel, Chicago White Sox

Juan Soto OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+255 DraftKings Sportsbook)

Soto has found his groove in June, slashing .367/.558/.733 with three home runs in 43 plate appearances. This includes a homer against the Nationals last night. Suddenly, Soto has a 139 wRC+ on the season, so that slow start looks fully behind him. It was only a matter of time before Soto got going because he was still hitting the ball hard, as highlighted by a 14.9% barrel rate.

Up next is an exploitable matchup against Nationals' righty Jake Irvin. This pitcher has a 4.68 SIERA and an 11.8% barrel rate allowed this year. The 28-year-old has gotten crushed lately, giving up nine runs on 18 hits in his last two starts. What's even worse for Irvin is that he's been hit hard by lefties, featuring a .345 wOBA and 1.64 HR/9 in 44 innings.

So here we have the perfect combination of a superstar slugger who has hit his stride and a struggling pitcher who has been in poor form recently and has a tough time against lefties. Even at an expensive price of (+255) odds, Soto looks worth a look in this favorable spot.

Junior Caminero OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+340 DraftKings Sportsbook)

Caminero is currently slashing .252/.286/.496 with 15 home runs in 262 plate appearances. This includes an impressive 18.3% strikeout rate and 11.4% barrel rate. Remember that this is a 21-year-old with a prospect pedigree and the upside to hit over 40 home runs.

After homering six times between May 28th and June 6th, Caminero has cooled off lately, going 0-for-19 in his last four games. But I'm willing to take a shot on him due to the favorable matchup against Walker Buehler. The Red Sox righty has a 4.13 SIERA and 10.7% barrel rate allowed this season.

To make matters worse for Buehler, he's had a tougher time against right-handed hitters, as highlighted by a 2.35 HR/9 (1.4 HR/9 against lefties). That's bad news at Fenway Park, where Caminero can crush the ball over the Green Monster.

This game has a listed total of 9.5 runs, so it's projected to be a high-scoring affair. With that in mind, let's take a shot on Caminero to hit his 16th homer of the season.

Wyatt Langford OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+360 DraftKings Sportsbook)

Langford has had a disappointing season so far, featuring a .230/.307/.437 slash with 12 home runs in 241 plate appearances. But I'm not concerned about the Rangers' stud outfielder because he's still hitting the ball hard, as highlighted by a 13.5% barrel rate. We saw Langford go yard last night, so perhaps this can be the start of a hot streak.

This is a good matchup against David Festa, who has had a tough time against right-handed hitters, including a .398 wOBA and 2.25 HR/9. There's a reasonable chance that Langford can hit it out of the park for the second consecutive game.

Even at (+360) odds, I'm willing to take the plunge on Langford because of his 62.1% hard-hit rate in the last 30 days, along with the exploitable matchup against Festa.

Jordan Westburg OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+600 DraftKings Sportsbook)

Westburg returned to the lineup on June 10th after missing time since April 26th. The young third baseman homered in his first game back. The fact that he homered in his first game back is encouraging because he's shown no signs of rust. Remember that this player slugged 18 homers in only 447 plate appearances last season, so there's 25+ homer power in this bat. We'll take a shot on Westburg to go yard for the second game in a row.

That's because we're getting a favorable matchup at home against Tigers' righty Casey Mize, who has struggled lately, allowing five runs in eight innings in his last two starts. On top of that, Mize has had a tougher time against righties, as highlighted by a .334 wOBA and 1.65 HR/9.

When you add in the fact that Camden Yards is once again a hitter-friendly environment after the Orioles made adjustments to its dimensions, you have to love the spot for Westburg here.

This game has a nine-run total, so we can project a high-scoring game. At (+600) odds, Westburg looks like the best value home run prop on the slate.

Kyle Teel OVER 0.5 Home Runs (+700 DraftKings Sportsbook)

Teel is one of the best catching prospects in baseball. As one of the main pieces of the Garrett Crochet trade, the White Sox are counting on Teel to make an immediate impact. The 23-year-old has not disappointed, going 3-for-10 with four walks and three strikeouts.

This hitter slashed .295/.394/.492 with eight homers in 234 plate appearances at Triple-A this season. I'm taking a shot on Teel to hit his first career big-league homer in a favorable spot against Astros' righty Ryan Gusto.

Gusto has struggled lately, allowing seven runs in 12.1 innings in his last three starts. On top of that, he's had a tough time against lefties this season, giving up a .431 wOBA and 2.79 HR/9.

The White Sox don't have too many power-hitting lefties in their lineup. Other options include Mike Tauchman and Andrew Benintendi, but I went with the flashy new toy in Teel.

I love getting this stud prospect at the longshot price of (+700) odds when considering the exploitable matchup. Let's go out on a limb and say that today is the day that Teel hits his first career home run.
