Should I pickup Chimere Dike or Xavier Restrepo as fantasy football waiver wire pickups for Week 13 of 2025? Read our fantasy football waiver wire outlooks.
The Tennessee Titans' offense has looked much more effective in their two games since their bye week, with rookie Cam Ward showing off the upside that made him the No. 1 overall pick. While the team still lost both games and fell to 1-10, the offense has flashed enough upside to keep wide receivers viable options for fantasy.
The receiving corps has been hit with a few key injuries, though, setting up a pair of rookies to break out. Veteran wide receiver Calvin Ridley (fibula) is out for the season, and rookie second receiver Elic Ayomanor (hamstring) also missed last week. The team's third receiver coming into the year was Tyler Lockett, who was released

Chimere Dike Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlook
Dike has shown plenty of play-making potential and posted several strong showings lately. He is still volatile as a rookie receiver with a rookie quarterback, but he has very strong upside as an add from the waiver wire.
The Titans selected Dike with the No. 103 pick in last year's NFL Draft out of Florida, and the rookie has slowly worked his way into a larger role in the offense, while also starring on special teams.

Dike has a pair of punt return touchdowns, and he has also been one of the team's most reliable receivers lately, since there have been so many injuries. He only played 10 snaps in Week 1, but his snap share has steadily climbed, and in three of the last four weeks, he played at least 80% of snaps. He left Week 11 with a chest injury after just 27% of snaps, but bounced back with a big role in Week 12.
He has at least four catches in three of his last four fully healthy games, with 70 receiving yards against the Patriots and 93 receiving yards against the Colts. He tied for the team lead with seven targets in Week 12 and hauled in five passes for 44 yards and a receiving touchdown as well.

Dike appears set up to be the team's No. 1 receiver the rest of the way, and his big-play ability give him a high ceiling. In Week 13, he faces the Jaguars on Sunday afternoon in a slightly favorable matchup before going on the road for a tough matchup with Cleveland in Week 14. He could be a little boom-or-bust due to rookie inconsistency, but his ability to take any opportunity for a touchdown gives him a very high ceiling.
He's a very viable WR3 or flex play against the Jaguars, especially if Ayomanor misses a second straight week.
Xavier Restrepo Fantasy Football Waiver Wire Outlook
The other receiver who stepped up in Week 12 against the Seahawks was rookie Xavier Restrepo, who was elevated from the practice squad to make his NFL debut. The rookie from Miami finished with two catches on six targets for 26 yards.
He signed with the Titans' practice squad before the season as an undrafted free agent, and he has an opportunity to continue to build his rapport with Cam Ward, who was also his QB in college last year.

He only played 19 snaps, so the fact that he got six targets in that limited time shows how much Ward trusts and likes to target his college teammate. He reverted to the practice squad on Monday, but he will likely get elevated again if the team remains short on receivers and brings intriguing upside.
Should I Pick Up Chimere Dike or Xavier Restrepo For Fantasy Football?
Both rookie receivers have plenty of potential, and Cam Ward's progress in the last few weeks has been impressive. Dike should be added in all formats and can be started if you can afford his boom-or-bust potential. Restrepo can also be stashed in deep leagues or even used as an emergency starter if he gets promoted again for Week 13 or is signed to a full deal on the active roster.
Dike is the more valuable of the two options, but both are worth keeping an eye on as the Titans continue their quest for their second win of the season.
