Arizona Cardinals wide receiver Michael Wilson should be left on benches and waiver wires when his team takes on a stingy Seattle Seahawks pass defense in Week 4. The third-year pro has a meager three catches for 22 yards in three weeks and now goes against a Seahawks defense that has allowed the second-fewest points to fantasy wide receivers. The Cardinals' passing game hasn't exactly lit it up this season, but tight end Trey McBride has been by far their top pass-catching option with Marvin Harrison Jr. and Wilson both ranking outside of the top 40 among fantasy receivers. Managers should have much better options than Wilson this week.--Nick Piotrowicz
