New Orleans Saints rookie wide receiver Jordyn Tyson (hamstring) began the year on injured reserve after sustaining a hamstring injury in training camp, but he will be eligible to return after the team's Week 4 matchup with the Falcons. While he is likely unavailable in deeper leagues, particularly those with an IR spot, he needs to be added preemptively wherever he is still unrostered. Quarterback Tyler Shough ranks second in the league with 912 passing yards through three games, while his eight passing touchdowns trail only Brock Purdy and Kirk Cousins. Tyson possesses the first-round talent to slide directly into a fantasy-viable role alongside Chris Olave and tight end Juwan Johnson, and, still available in roughly 48% of leagues, he is one of the week's highest-priority waiver adds.--Patrick McGrath
