Lenyn Sosa Goes Yard Twice in Victory
Lenyn Sosa went 3-for-4 with two home runs and four RBI in Wednesday's 7-3 win against the Arizona Diamondbacks. He also singled, struck out, and was caught stealing. The Venezuelan native's first homer of the day was a two-run shot off D-Backs starter Zac Gallen that put his team up 4-2 in the bottom of the fourth frame. Two innings later, Sosa knocked in another run with an RBI-single, and finished the monster performance with a solo bash in the eighth to make it 7-3. He's slashing a solid .277/.298/.416 with six long balls, 12 doubles, 22 runs scored, and 22 RBI through 66 appearances.
