Detroit Tigers outfielder Wenceel Perez (leg) was forced to make an early exit from Saturday's game against the Los Angeles Angels. Perez fouled a ball off his leg during the second inning of this contest. He stayed in the game, but was eventually replaced by Zach McKinstry in the fifth inning. The expectation is that Perez will undergo further testing to determine the severity of the issue. For now, fantasy managers should consider Perez as day-to-day. He went 2-for-2 at the plate with a single and a triple before exiting the contest. UPDATE: Tests on Perez's right foot came back negative, and he's dealing with a right-foot contusion. It is painful and swollen, but Perez doesn't have structural damage.--Andy Webb
