San Antonio Spurs center forward/center Victor Wembanyama (ankle) is slated to miss Thursday's matchup with the Los Angeles Clippers, per NBA reporter Matthew Tynan. This will be the second half of a back-to-back that Wembanyama will sit out for ankle injury management. Notably, the superstar big man finished with 41 points, 18 rebounds, three assists, and three blocks across 29 minutes during Wednesday's 127-113 victory over Golden State. Looking ahead, he should be back in action on Saturday against Denver. In the meantime, Luke Kennard and Mason Plumlee are in line for expanded roles while Wembanyama is out.--Andrew Lennox
