Nashville Predators defenseman Nicolas Hague (undisclosed) made an early exit from Sunday's preseason game against the Florida Panthers. He suffered an undisclosed injury in the second period and didn't return to the game. Hague made a positive impact in a 5-3 victory with one assist and three shots across 15:09 of ice time. The Predators acquired Hague from the Vegas Golden Knights during the offseason, signing him to a four-year, $22 million extension. He has a significant role to play on the team, but fantasy managers shouldn't expect much value from him. Hague has never hit the 20-point mark during his six-year NHL career, finishing the 2024-25 campaign with 12 points (five goals, seven assists), 74 shots, 74 blocks, and 82 hits in 68 contests.--Taavi Pailk
