Nicholas Robertson Out For 6-8 Weeks
2 years agoToronto Maple Leafs left wing Nicholas Robertson (shoulder) will be sidelined for 6-8 weeks, the team announced on Saturday. He was injured in Thursday's matchup against the Kings, and whilst Robertson won't need surgery to fix the issue, he will still miss at least a month and a half of action. The 21-year-old has tallied five points in 15 appearances this season but hasn't been able to improve his tally for eight games. Denis Malgin has moved to Robertson's spot on the second in practice, and he looks set to remain there for Saturday's tilt against Calgary. The Swiss winger will be in a great spot to add to his four points, with John Tavares and Mitchell Marner as his linemates. The latter is riding a sensational 21-game point streak.
