Mika Zibanejad Available Against Sabres

New York Rangers center Mika Zibanejad (illness) will play on Saturday against the Buffalo Sabres. The veteran forward missed Sweden's last 4 Nations Face-Off matchup against the U.S. due to an illness, but Zibanejad has been cleared for action on Saturday. He will center the third line against the Sabres, with Chris Kreider and Arthur Kaliyev riding shotgun next to him. It has been a difficult campaign for Zibanejad, who boasts only 37 points (11 goals, 26 assists) through 55 outings, but he had picked up form before the international break. Over his past five appearances, Zibanejad has contributed two goals and six assists.--Taavi Pailk
