Kirill Kaprizov Dealing With Eye Infection
Minnesota Wild left wing Kirill Kaprizov (eye) was forced to miss Saturday's practice due to an eye infection, Michael Russo of The Athletic reports. The Russian superstar is on antibiotics, and Wild head coach John Hynes hopes to see Kaprizov recover quickly. This should only be a small hiccup in Kaprizov's preparations for the new campaign. The Wild won't begin their 2025-26 regular season until Oct. 9, giving Kaprizov plenty of time to get healthy. He remains without a contract for next season, which may benefit fantasy managers, as Kaprizov could be fired up to prove that he is worth a hefty pay raise.
