Los Angeles Kings right wing Adrian Kempe has agreed to an eight-year, $85 million contract extension. The contract will run through the 2032-33 season, raising Kempe's cap hit from $5.5 million to $10.625 million. Kempe has been among L.A.'s most consistent offensive players for several seasons and leads the team in scoring this campaign. After 19 games, Kempe boasts six goals and 19 points. He also has additional fantasy value through his physicality, having registered 37 hits. The Swedish native just turned 29, so he remains in the prime of his career and will continue to make a mark in fantasy hockey for many years.--Taavi Pailk
