Najee Harris' fantasy football start 'em, sit 'em picks for Week 12 (2023). Our advice on whether you should start or sit Najee Harris for fantasy lineups.
BALLER MOVE: Start in 12+ Team Leagues
POSITIONAL VALUE: RB3
ANALYSIS: Pittsburgh Steelers running back Najee Harris has been a solid fantasy option over the past couple of weeks. He has scored over 14 half-PPR fantasy points in three of the last five games. In those contests, Harris has three top-12 fantasy finishes (Week 7, Week 9 and Week 10). But in Week 11, the 25-year-old back was held in check. He totaled 12 carries for 35 yards as backup Jaylen Warren stole the show with 129 rush yards and one touchdown.
It's been a 55/45 split almost all year between Harris and Warren, and the former has become extremely touchdown-dependent in fantasy this year. In games where he has failed to cross the goal line, the 25-year-old is averaging just 7.2 half-PPR points. In games where he has scored, that number jumps up to 15.3 half-PPR fantasy points.
Harris will face a Bengals run defense that has allowed eight rush touchdowns this year. So, he could be in store for a score on Sunday. But it's been hard to trust the Steelers' back this year, and with no teams on bye in Week 12, you likely have better options at your running back position.
