Counter Strike: Global Offensive DFS Picks (5/11/21) - DraftKings Daily Fantasy Sports

Welcome back, RotoBallers, to another edition of my Counter Strike: Global Offensive DFS picks.  I have been focusing on the NHL and a little bit of MLB but as we get closer to the summer months, we could see some really good CSGO tournaments pop up which means great DFS tournaments to play! As always, I will do my best to give you the stats and info you need to build the best lineups possible for your GPP and cash game CS:GO contests on DraftKings.

Today I'll be bringing you my Counter Strike: Global Offensive DFS lineup picks, analysis, and advice for eSports DFS contests on DraftKings for Tuesday, May 11th, 2021 at 12:00 PM.

Be sure to also check out our awesome CS:GO Premium DFS Tools including our Lineup Optimizer, Research Station, Projections, and DFS Cheat Sheets! Feel free to follow me on Twitter @jorgepucks as I am happy to engage with readers and try to answer your questions. Good luck RotoBallers!

Flashpoint 3

Best of 3 Series

  • complexity (-120) vs. BIG (-110)
  • mousesports (-195) vs. fnatic (+140)

Captain Plays:

ropz has been a consistent player for mousesports and should be trusted in all formats on this two-game slate. Over his last 31 maps played, ropz has accrued a 1.22 K/D ratio and has a +108 K/D differential while also being the top mousesports player on the squad. He is sporting a .75 kill per round rate and a low .61 death per round which is very solid for all formats. In his most recent matchup against fnatic, ropz went +16 and had a 1.33 K/D ratio while racking up a team-high 64 kills.

k0nfig is the biggest mispricing on the slate and he should be locked into every lineup (not necessarily in the captain spot for every lineup) and is viable in all formats. He is sporting a 1.21 K/D ratio while also having a +105 K/D differential and is clearly the second-best player on complexity. While this should be a tough match between complexity and BIG, k0nfig is one that should produce regardless of the matchup.

Other captain plays: XANTARES, frozen, Brollan

Value Plays:

acoR is severely underpriced and should be a value captain option on this slate. Over his last 31 maps played, acoR has produced a 1.20 K/D ratio while also having a +92 K/D differential. AcoR is the primary awper for this team and he carries a solid kill per round rate of .69 while having a lower death per round rate of .58. In his most recent matchup against fnatic, acoR went +12 and had a 1.24 K/D ratio with 62 kills.

jks is slowly finding his footing with complexity and serves as a viable value play on this slate. Over his last 25 maps played, he has produced a 1.03 K/D ratio and has had a +14 K/D differential during that stretch of games played. He has been playing pretty close to even as he has a .64 kill per round rate and a .62 death per round rate over the past three months of maps played.

Other value plays: Bymas, jackinho, tabseN, k1to

Top Stacks/ Team Picks:

mousesports looks to be the clear-cut favorite on this slate and you should feel confident rolling out a mousesports stack against fnatic. This fnatic squad has only played five maps over the last month and when expanding it back to their last three months, they have gone 7-17 with a team K/D ratio of .86. When looking at mousesports over their last month of games played, they have gone 20-11 with a team K/D ratio of 1.12 and hold a 4-2 record against fnatic dating back to 2020.

mousesports has a solid core of players to stack around and those players are ropz, acoR, and frozen. Ropz and acoR have been in the best form over the last month of games played as they are both above a 1.20 K/D ratio and both could be viable captain options on this slate. Frozen is a great third option to use in stacks while Bymas looks to be a value play should you need to pay down in order to free up more salary.

Other Stacks: BIG
