Cleveland Cavaliers center Jarrett Allen injured his right knee on Tuesday night against the Detroit Pistons, Joe Vardon of The Athletic reports. The big man exited the contest in the third quarter, finishing the night with eight points, three rebounds, and one steal in 21 minutes. Despite missing their starting center for most of the second half, the Cavaliers managed to take down the Eastern Conference leaders 113-109. Thomas Bryant saw additional action in Allen's absence, notching nine points, five rebounds, one steal, and one block. Cleveland might promote Bryant to the starting lineup if Allen misses more time, which would boost his fantasy value.--Taavi Pailk
