Timothe Luwawu Drops Season-High 21 Points Off Bench
Timothe Luwawu had everything working on the offensive end during Saturday’s win over the Charlotte Hornets, collecting a season-high 21 points on 7-for-12 shooting. With Brooklyn running away with the victory in the second half, Luwawu took on an increased offensive role, also adding four rebounds across his 23 minutes. With Kyrie Irving (shoulder) done for the season, Brooklyn will have to find new sources of offensive punch. Luwawu has never been known for his offensive contributions, but how Brooklyn’s rotations shake out moving forward will largely determine his viability for a case of being rostered.
