Baltimore Ravens owner Steve Bisciotti said a head coaching change was considered after the team missed the playoffs in 2017. Head coach John Harbaugh has led the Ravens to a Super Bowl, but the team has now missed the postseason in four of the last five seasons, so he may be out of the picture if they struggle again in 2018. General manager Ozzie Newsome will also step down and become a scout after the 2018 season. Harbaugh is officially on the hot seat moving forward.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
