Boston Red Sox starting pitcher Ranger Suarez (hamstring) was forced to make an early exit during Sunday's outing against the Houston Astros. Suarez tossed four scoreless innings before exiting the game due to what is being called right-hamstring tightness. The severity of the injury is unknown, but Suarez should undergo further testing, so fantasy managers will need to check back for more information. Losing Suarez would be a tough break for the Red Sox, who already have multiple starting pitchers on the Injured List. His next scheduled outing is against the Tampa Bay Rays on Friday. The team will likely wait and see how he progresses before deciding if Suarez will make that start. UPDATE: Suarez is not expected to undergo an MRI exam, which means his hamstring injury shouldn't be too serious.--Andy Webb
