The Los Angeles Rams released cornerback Tre'Vius Tomlinson (undisclosed) on Wednesday, and he will now go on waivers. Tomlinson's agent, Kevin Conner, said it was "a mutual decision to give Tre a fresh start. We would like to thank Les Snead and Sean McVay for working collaboratively with us to make this happen." The Rams drafted the 25-year-old defensive back in the sixth round (182nd overall) in 2023 out of TCU, and he had only 13 tackles (11 solo) in 15 games played (no starts) in his rookie campaign. Tomlinson was on Injured Reserve for all of last season with an undisclosed injury and will now look to latch on with another team for the 2025 season if he clears waivers. He mostly served on special teams for the Rams in his lone season in the NFL in 2023.--Keith Hernandez - RotoBallerRead More News
