5 years agoVeteran center Pau Gasol (foot) is hopeful that he'll be able to play for Spain in the upcoming 2020 Olympics. He underwent surgery to repair a bone stress fracture in his left foot last season. The Portland Trail Blazers waived Gasol in November, but the big man said he would like to play in the NBA again. He's getting close to 40 years old and is coming off a significant foot injury. Hopefully Gasol will be able to play in the NBA again and finish his career off the way he wants. He won't have an impact in fantasy hoops this season, but hopefully we'll see him in the 2020 Olympics.--Andy Webb - RotoBaller
