St. Louis Cardinals starting pitcher Michael McGreevy will start Game 2 of Thursday's doubleheader against the Chicago White Sox, reports Derrick Goold of The St. Louis Dispatch. Erick Fedde will man the bump for Game 1. McGreevy will be added to the roster as the 27th man for the day, so this is likely to be just a spot start for the 24-year-old. He's made two other spot starts this year, with the first going much better than the second. He most recently allowed four runs on eight hits over six innings on June 8 but tossed 5 ⅔ scoreless frames against the Mets on May 4. McGreevy will get to face a weak White Sox lineup, so he could be worth streaming in deep fantasy leagues if you're in a pinch. UPDATE: McGreevy is a good bet to be recalled on June 24 to make another spot start next week.--Jeremy Heist
