Even if Stingley isn't 100% or even out, the team is in a great spot against the Titans, who have allowed the second-most fantasy points to DST this season. The Titans have four turnovers in three games, and they have given up 15 sacks in three games. It should be a spot that the Texans DST dominates and stacks up plenty of sacks to help them get their first win of the season.
