Baltimore Orioles second baseman Jackson Holliday (knee) is back at second base and is hitting leadoff for the O's for Friday's series opener in the Bronx against the division-rival New York Yankees and right-hander Will Warren. Holliday missed two games earlier this week as a precaution due to knee soreness, but the former first overall pick is back on Friday and will be available for the final series of the regular season. The 21-year-old will be looking to finish off the season strong after picking up just one hit with nine strikeouts in his last 29 at-bats. In his first full season in the big leagues as a starter in Baltimore, Holliday has been a strong contributor, slashing .245/.316/.381 with a .697 OPS, 17 home runs, 55 RBI, 69 runs, and 17 stolen bases across 146 games. There's a lot to like about Holliday's long-term outlook as a likely 20-20 guy for years to come.--Keith Hernandez
