The Los Angeles Dodgers, San Diego Padres, San Francisco Giants and Texas Rangers "are believed to have interest" in free-agent starting pitcher Tim Lincecum. It makes sense that all of these teams are on the West Coast, as Lincecum has pitched for the Giants and Angels in his career and is from Washington. Although he looked strong and was hitting 90 mph with his fastball in his showcase for scouts, the Freak didn't pitch at all in 2017 and posted an ERA over 9.00 with the Angels in 2016. It's a long shot that he'll return fantasy-relevant numbers if he wins a major league rotation spot with one of those four teams.
