Dodgers Sign Bradley Zimmer To Minor-League Deal
2 years agoThe Los Angeles Dodgers signed free-agent outfielder Bradley Zimmer to a minor-league deal on Saturday, according to a source. The 30-year-old center fielder has seen big-league action with the Cleveland Guardians, Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies over the last six seasons. The majority of it (100 games) came with Toronto. Zimmer will be fighting for a roster spot out of spring training and will represent left-handed-hitting outfield depth for the Blue. In his six big-league campaigns, Zimmer has slashed .213/.298/.333 with a .631 OPS, 21 home runs, 91 RBI, 121 runs and 42 stolen bases in 372 games.
